Came in on a Sunday after 1pm. There are quite a few customers, and the customer base is mixed, including families and single people. The inside of the store is a typical Sukiya style. My wife ordered a regular size beef bowl, and I ordered a large size beef bowl. It seems that you can order soup verbally, but I can't find such an order on the tablet. When I verbally ordered three take-out beef bowls, they waited for me to finish eating and brought them to me.

ランチ帯にテイクアウトしようとお店に入りましたが、タッチパネルで注文してしばらく待っていたらこちらが注文した商品が今日は提供出来ないとのこと。 既に10分くらい待っていたのでもっと早くに言えたのでは？ あと、その店員さんは外国人だったのもあるかもしれないけれどタメ口。 さらにまたこちらがタッチパネルで打ち直しをしろと。なぜこちらが手間取らなければならないのか。 当然後から来たほかのお客さんよりも遅れて30分弱で提供され、1度も謝罪は無し。 最後にこちらが注文出来ない商品があるならタッチパネルに表示しないようにするとかした方がいいとお伝えしたが、特に返答なし、そこでも謝罪無し。ありえません。

2023/3/2 AM1:30頃に立ち寄った処 店舗のサインポールも点灯していた為 入店しようとしたが【暫くの期間、営業時間短縮の為…】と貼り紙があるだけで、入店不可能だった。 店舗入店不可能ならば通りに面したサインポールは消灯すべきでは？ 快活で深夜の食事提供が出来ないので徒歩で[すき家]へ向かったのに入店する際のドア前で入店不可能と知らされるのは詐欺行為と同じだと思う。

持ち帰りで20分以上またされる。まだ呼ばれない。 結局40分待って出て来なかったので、キャンセルさせていただきました。 オーダーしたものが、袋にいれる前のテーブル?に出てきてから5分たっても袋にいれない。それ以前に自分のオーダーしたものより前のものがたくさん袋詰め待ってる状態。座ってるお客さんは最初は二組。待ってる間に二人きただけで、決して混んでる状況ではないのにどういうことでしょうか(怒) 今のスタッフなら二度と行きません

At home, I wanted to eat eel beef, so I chose the take-out menu, but compared to the menu photo, the amount of beef was much smaller. Disappointed.

外国の女性店員の方が接客。 老齢の男性が、タブレットに苦労していると、丁寧な対応でオーダーを・・・。 混んでいるのに、スムーズな対応に感心しました。 また、伺いたいと思います。

13時頃にお邪魔したが牛丼ランチに15分かかった。３人店員が居ましたが余裕がない感じがした。 タブレットで注文入れたら、ありがとうございます。只今込み合っています少しお待ちください。とか、会計のベル鳴らしても反応無し。 次は行きたくなくなる。 残念です。
