時々抜かるというかやらかします。 良く利用しているからこそですが、年に数回、たとえばピクルス抜きにしたのに、ピクルスが入っている、ハッピーセットのおもちゃが入ってない、頼んだし、レシートにもしっかり載ってるアップルパイが入ってない、ドライブスルーで忘れられる・・・など、振り返ると結構いろいろありました。 味は普通にマックなんですけどね！ テイクアウトでの利用が多いからでしょうね。電話すればすぐに対応してくれるのは知ってますが職場のランチタイム内では難しいので、毎回「あーあ。」で終了です。

以前からこの店舗は注文に対する渡し間違いや欠品がとにかく多く、一時は確認強化をしていたようですが、今はまたやめてしまった？ようです。商品を受け取ったらその場で中身を確認することをおすすめします。 今日はドライブスルーのモニターが故障していたのか、注文状況が何も表示されず、案の定、伝えていた注文と異なるオーダーが通っていました。また、レシートとクレジット明細も渡されず、正しく決済されているのかも分からず。 基本的な接客動作を徹底し直したほうが良いと思います。

毎年、この時期はチキンタッタが販売されるので、度々テイクアウトして食すのが楽しみになってます。3～4回いただきました。普段は其れほど行きませんがこの時期だけはちょくちょくお店に行ってます。先日は久々に店内で食して来ました。今年はあと何回食べられるかな‼また、行こう～
