You can really feel the oyakata's love for traditional edomae sushi. What a great experience dining here. We will certainly come back. (Reservation is essential)

We really enjoyed our meal here. The chef and his wife were engaging and warm, and the sushi and sashimi served were of excellent quality. The ika, buri and ikura were amongst the best I’ve had.

If you want to enjoy Edomae Sushi at Fukuoka it's easy for you because you only reserve your seat here. Every Sushi are aged well we can enjoy Umami!

There was a lot of attention to detail in each dish, and the chef explained each time it was served, which made it even more delicious. I failed to take a photo, but the salmon roe sushi was especially delicious. The atmosphere of the shop was very nice and the customer service was friendly. It's not too expensive and I'm very satisfied with the best sushi I've had. thank you very much!

The sushi ingredients are of extremely high quality. Although the price is not cheap, I believe it is well worth it considering the quality. Additionally, the hospitality of the owner couple is outstanding. I had a very enjoyable time with them. I plan to visit again with my wife next time. An amazing Edomae sushi omakase experience. The food, drinks, and hospitality from both the chef and his wife were all top notch. Even with my limited Japanese, the chef explained each dish and used a translator to fill in anything I missed in the explanations. I look forward to visiting again the next time I visit Fukuoka.
