This is an unmanned facility. I didn't know anything about how to check in when I made the reservation, so I was confused when I got there, but fortunately, the staff answered the phone and I was able to go in. When I made the reservation through Agoda, I didn't see a message saying that they would send me instructions on how to check in by email, so I was a bit worried about that part. It's a pity, but considering the cost-effectiveness, I don't think it's bad. However, it is recommended for those traveling alone. Or a couple or a family of three is a bit small.

It's a little far from Hakata station. I stayed for 5 nights, and it was nice that there was a supermarket nearby and a washing machine. Detergent and fabric softener are also provided. However, it is an old type of apartment, and the automatic lock at the entrance does not have a good atmosphere. Electrical appliances such as kettles and shampoos are also cheap. The bathroom was also not very good. Also, slippers are provided, but they are not disposable.

I used it for the first time in a private lodging.

Considering it is only for sleeping, the cost-effectiveness is not bad, but the bedding is a bit dirty.

The air conditioner makes a dripping sound that keeps me awake. Expensive compared to room amenities.

I chose it based on the price, location, and the photo on the reservation site. The actual room was darker than the bright one in the photo, and I felt it was a bit dingy, probably because it was an old building. I think it's good to have a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and TV, as well as a washing machine, cooking utensils, and lots of hangers. However, I found it inconvenient that there were no outlets near the table. It's cheap and small. If you really prioritize price and location, I'm a bit confused when asked if I would like to stay again...

I couldn't open it using the specified passcode, so I called the management company and was told that the door would only open if a female staff member pulled it down as hard as possible. However, no matter how many times I tried, it wouldn't open, so I called and asked if he could come over, but he was silent and seemed like he didn't want to deal with anything. I will never use them again and cannot recommend them.
