it is a bit complex for quite none speaking Japanese people. but, You would like beautiful and delicious buffet, good river view, very nice and kind attitude employees. Hotel front exist in 8F, not 1F(ground). The public bathroom have change system for men or women. you have to check it. In buffet, almost free but not beer and spirits, you need additional pay (around 2000yen?) to drink it. If you short something, you can find convenience store near hotel. The streets around hotel are really narrow and tricky, you can feel the Onsen town what it is.

Great food and big, open spaces within the hotel make for a really appealing space. But, if you are not Japanese and have tattoos get ready to have your whole experience ruined. Would not recommend to other non-Japanese.

Looks good and onsen was good. Unfortunately big parts of the hotel smells of smoke but there is also mold in swveral areas. Not good if you are allergic. Food was not so special. They had a lot of everything but nothing really stood out.

We’ve been at Hotel Juraku for the hot spring several times. It’s a warm and inviting place and the facility also has a hotel. We did a day at the onsen and rented a rest room, which was spacious and great for a short nap after lunch. The lunch is buffet style and had a variety of options as well as drinks and desserts. The onsen is clean and the various baths have different temperatures. The outdoor bath can get crowded quickly on busy days. Outdoors has a live garden and waterfall as well. There is also a sauna as well. The facility also has table tennis in the hotel, an arcade, and a few shops as well as massage services. Great for a day trip. If in Fukushima, I definitely recommend a visit here and also venture out into the local community as well.

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to Hachiman Shrine where the Iizaka Kenta Matsuri was happening. The highlights are that it is walking distance from Iizakaonsen station, every room has a great view whether you’re facing the city and mountains or the river and mountains. The buffet has lots of variety, both Japanese and Western. The staff are friendly and kind. The rooms are comfortable and clean. They have tatami rooms and western rooms. The gift shop is HUGE. I would recommend this as a great hotel for kids- there’s an arcade, a karaoke room and an onsen that the whole family can enjoy. Highly recommend staying here.
