Food mediocre- nothing to praise about nothing to complain about. Honestly it was whatever. I like the ambience. Service was horrible. I have received better service at Danny's. When we arrived at the restaurant, the host look at us or greet us. After waiting for a bit,I had to say "Hi!" first. Hmmmmm....Ok... We were party of 4. 3 people had finished the meal but my niece wasn't even half done and the server brought out dessert to show us. We said we would pass and he dropped the bill on the table. Uh.... ok..... Couple minutes pass and while my niece was STILL eating busser asked if we wanted a to-go box. What???? We were not even there for an hour. There was open tables. I don't know why the restaurant was in such a rush to get rid of us. We weren't looking gross, we didn't smell, we are paying customers. This tops my worst restaurant experience list.

Nice Italian place with great salmon dish! Everything about this place is classy - service is top notch and the food is excellent. Bread was great, salad was great, salmon special of the day was awesome. Nice, quiet, and quaint location - try it out!

This is a thoroughly Italian restaurant that literally could be on Mulberry St in NYC. Service is very good snd the food was great. We had the special shrimp with pasta and a special order of rigatoni with olive oil, garlic and tomatoes. The latter was a very light meal but it was plentiful. The shrimp dish could of fed two not so hungrys or one really hungry. Atmosphere is NewYork old Italian. Nice bar up front and eating at the bar would be fine if the place was full. Overall this is a very good restaurant and we give it four clams on the coveted Five Quahog Rating Scale (five stars by the google rating system).

Been to a few Italian restaurants lately and this is the first one I feel is genuinely 5 stars. No complaints or problems with anything. Everything was great; the food, the service, the atmosphere. I took my wife there for her birthday. It was a Monday, so it wasn't very busy, which was awesome. Parking can be a problem in Downtown Fullerton on the weekends, but the weekdays are much better. The servers were great. They were constantly checking on us and refilling our water, even the servers who were waiting other tables. It was a team effort. It made us feel very comfortable and taken care of. The food was outstanding. The presentation of the plating wasn't anything visually stunning, but the taste was delicious! I got the salmon, which is one of their specials and it was cooked so perfectly. My wife got the chicken piccata, which typically comes with potatoes instead of pasta, but she was able to substitute the potatoes for pasta instead so she was very happy because she really wanted pasta for her birthday. For dessert, we got the tiramisu and creme brulee. Both were unbelievably amazing. The tiramisu maybe be in my top 5 tiramisu's of all time. It has a rich chocolatey flavor to it. It's fairly pricey. Most of the entrees fall into the $20-$30 range, but it's not any different from typical Italian places, so I can't complain that it's too expensive. All in all, we loved it and had a great time. This will definitely be a place we return to for special occasions.

Amazing find. Old school feel and look. Open late which was nice for our after show dinner. Friendly staff, good service, and great food. Both the capellini pasta and eggplant parmesan were delicious.

On March 13, 2022 my husband and I went for dinner at Mulberry St Ristorante, our ex favorite place to eat. Our order was simple: spaghetti and a bowl of clam chowder. We watched our server hustle for all around us, while expertly ignoring us. Table after table arrived after us, were served and left before we got our food. Only when another server took pity and asked us how we were, did anything move ahead. My husband went to the bar himself for beer, and my soup was, without doubt, from a can. And was cold. My husband’s spaghetti was stuck together like glue. We WERE faithful devoted super generous tippers who loved dining at your establishment. Ristorante HAD so much meaning and sentiment in our life. We are sad at the loss and disgusted at the overt neglect and bottom of the barrel food we received.

Nice find. Old world loom and feel and extensive menu fairly priced. Eggplant Parmigiano was superb. We celebrated a birthday and a special complimentary dessert 🍨 was offered. Great location.

Very busy for an early Wednesday dinner. Best Chicken Piccata in a long time. Their House Salad with house dressing was fabulous!! Good service. There was a mix up concerning our final bill, but our server explained that he had corrected it and provided us with the correct bill.. We'll check our credit card statement when it is received. Otherwise, it was a delightful early dinner.

Wow will never be back. We arrived about 1:30 and no one was up front to seat us so we waited for about 5 mins . Bartender was very friendly but hostess that went to seat us asked us where we wanted to sit. As we approached stairs and spoke to decide no more then 30 seconds on table she set our menus down on the ledge and walked away from us. I don’t think I have ever been treated so poorly ever by a hostess. She must have been have a very bad day. But we decided to walk out as she would have then been our waitress and with that beginning how could she possibly get any better.

My wife's chicken Piccata was barely warm when it arrived. Same with my 'Mulberry steak'. And it was a toughest steak I ever had for longest time. The service from our waiter was rather slow also.

Honestly, nothing too special here. Restaurant doesn't stand out from the street at all. Interior is kind of boring. Went here for lunch with a group of people on a Wednesday afternoon, and while the bread and soups/salad came out quick, it took quite awhile for the actual lunch entrees to come out, and we were the only table I saw in the restaurant besides a few people sitting at the bar. Overall, I wouldn't come back.

Great food. One of our go to places for a nice dinner on a patio. We mostly eat the wonderful Italian meals and appetizers but they have steaks, etc. Plenty of wine and cocktail choices. Haven’t eaten inside since covid, but the patio is nicely set up for lunch and dinner. Wait staff personable and accommodating.

Easily the best Italian restaurant in DTF. Has a fun NYC vibe to it. Generous portions. Classic cocktails. Knowledgeable servers. Pretty much ticks all the boxes. Surprised they don't have other locations.

I was visiting LA from Portland and researched for a good Italian restaurant. We found this place since it was kinda near Disneyland where we spent our Saturday. And my goodness, this place is a gem! It was a cozy little space, the bread was very fresh. Started dinner with a cup of minestrone. It was solid. I tried the Mulberry feast, a seafood pasta with sauce options, I chose the white wine sauce option. And it was a huge bowl! It was amazingly delicious. Our waitress was very accommodating and attentive and friendly, and I feel so criminal for not remembering her name to mention here. Portland simply doesn’t have anything comparable in terms of Italian places to eat, we have to settle for Olive Garden, and let’s be honest: that just isn’t even a contender here and it’s upsetting. I have many good things to say about this place, we had also gone to more well known places like Dan Tana’s and Musso and Frank Grill. And while those were also good, this place in terms of quality punches way above its weight. It was a surprise star in our restaurant selections, and I very much encourage any visitors (or locals, for that matter) to be sure to keep this on your list of go to’s. I can guarantee that, the next time we are back in the area, we will be visiting this place again unless some unfortunate act of god like a pandemic shutters this great business. Bravissimo, Mulberry Street Ristorante!

The lunch set can upgrade to French onion soup which was good. All the sauce on pasta tasted good, except the pasta was over cooked. I was disappointed as the menu specified all pasta is fresh house made. I was expecting al dente texture. Cream Brule tasted good, but would be better with more egg favor. Server was very patient to come back a few times b4 we were ready to order. We had an enjoyable lunch.

Food was delicious, fresh to order, and exceeded expectations. I had the salmon (some of the best), Husband ordered patty melt that we was very satisfied with. Servings were generous. Menu had many selections for both food and beverages.

Waiter was AMAZING! We were taking my wife out for her birthday and he made it a very special day. Our party arrived at different times but he was patient and talked to us about the menu and cocktail pairings while we waited for the last guest. He was attentive without being intrusive. Made small talk with my kids about books and movies that they are interested in. Food was delicious!! Mulberry Feast (seafood) was insane (a MUST order). Garlic bread was fresh and soft. We will be coming back often!

Went in for lunch on a Friday. 1st time there. Glad we were early. Place filled up. There are many good Italian restaurants, however "this one is exceptional". Hand made pastas, will delight. Soups and sauces that are NOT over salted to cover up inferior preparation and cooking. Well thought out wine list, and a full bar. Atmosphere is nicely decorated and that makes it warm, inviting and family friendly.

Had such a nice experience. Our waiter Ian, was fun yet efficient. The salmon was delicious and the dirty martini was perfectly dirty! Our table was ready when we arrived. I would recommend the lemon olive oil cake for dessert.

A lovely restaurant in a quaint location. We ate inside and it was very comfortable and conversation was easy. I thought the outside tables would be wonderful for a larger party. The food was delicious and rich. We had a couple of chicken dishes, the New York strip and, a pasta dish or two. Desert was delicious. Several of us had creme brulee and a couple had the spumoni. Everything was excellent which sadly made the salad even worse! We were told it would be mixed salad greens. We asked if there was much iceberg in it and were told only a little. The salad was primarily iceberg. All the lettuces were old tasting and had the distinctive taste of bagged lettuce. I could not eat it. A remarkably yucky salad in an otherwise divine restaurant!

This is my go to restaurant in which I go to with one of my closest friends that has recently retired from my place of employment. I had steak and he had shrimp with pasta and our drinks are Cape Cod‘s with Kettle One vodka. We go here at least once a month. I highly recommend this restaurant for food and drink…& happy hour.
