If you don't like dealing with customers don't work in customer service. Cashier was rude as F. Asked a simple menu question and got a WELL it's not on there did you want a moment to look for it. If it's not on the menu why would you have me look for it? And then ask WELL did you want that? Like want what, you haven't even told me what IT is. Then I place an order you ask if it's correct, which it wasn't. I repeat it and you get it wrong again. Then cut me off tell me what my total it getting my order wrong and not asking if that's it. Go get an education to have a better job if you hate yours so much. But customers is why you have a job. I suggest you learn to embrace it and have a better attitude.

If i could leave no stars i would. All because of one lady. Big light skinned lady with glasses. Not the blonde. Worst customer service EVER!!!! She feels like she's bigger and better than anyone!! I hate it! I saw her be extremely rude to another customer too! She is just NASTY!!

Couldn't understand the guy at the drive thru, he couldn't explain anything. Bean n cheese burritos have shrunk, the del tacos hardly had any cheese, didnt they use to have sour cream? Or is that taco bell, anyways, the guy was not friendly whats so ever! This place has gotten expensive, im finding a new place to take the grandkids!!+

Closing time is whenever the manager feels like it - the door will just be locked a half hour or more before the posted closing time ( sometimes, even if customers are still inside, finishing their meals or waiting.) Food is often good, but unreliable – sometimes fries are burnt or undercooked, and anything pressed in the quesadilla maker can be easily overdone or underdone as well. Be careful to check your order when you are paying, as if they record it wrong, they are unlikely to fix it. Also, check your bag before you leave with a to-go order, as they don’t often fix mistakes long after the fact. This advice was given to me by a manager here.

I don’t like to write complaints but this time service was awful, where to start food was cold turned around as soon as I notice my food was cold not even warm this time cold like ice when I gave it back to cashier didn’t need to say more he quickly responded yeah it’s cold let me get you new items , but my surprise was when the female cook responded they were fresh just made them wow , I said why you are lying the cashier felt my order and with out me saying anything he requested to redo it , when I got the order again it was missing items I told the cashier how many items I gave you back he responded two then I said first order was cool now I have items missing while have to wait more time and the rest of my order was in my car getting cold since it’s was very early under 50 degrees outside temperature .the cook continue to arguing saying she just cooked my order and that should be fresh made I got so upset that I told the cashier to cancel my whole order he yelled at me and said to me you need to bring the food in order for me to refund your money back I said yes I’m not trying to eat for free or anything but since you never gave my receipt go get my receipt and start doing the refund while I’ll get the rest of the order ,My husband brought the rest of the food in seconds but the cashier continued mad telling me what to do in order for me to get the refund he never apologized he only said we are having issues with the items you ordered we have nothing to do that food was cold for some reason those items never get done right isn’t our problem . But bring the rest the oder now the food and I refund you because isn’t our fault is the company issues .at the end another lady whom seeing prepping she was nice and apologized for the other two employees who were very rude to me and my husband. 04/1/2023 @ 8am

great food at a reasonable price!!! wide variety of menu items from American to Mexican. I love McDonald's fries and these are just as good.

All I ordered was large fries. O M G. The fries were not fresh and they were overcooked and very hard. Horrible. So I wasted $3.58 and had to throw them out. Couldn't waste gas driving back. Won't go there again.

Ive made many stops at those location because of convenience. But unfortunately I won’t be coming back. They have screwed up my order many times, but because I work and am pressed for time I just let it go. But today, I decided to go in and have them fix my order. I was very nice and let the guy know what I had order, he immediately became argumentative and try to imply that it was my fault, and that I didn’t order correctly, instead of making the situation right and providing good customer service (you know the basics) he argued with me, putting me in a position where I had to fight (not physically, but argumentatively) for my food. Telling me I was wrong, when I know what I order. The point is, customers shouldnt be put in uncomfortable situations, especially since I was nice and simply just wanted them to fix the order.

There's a reason why this Del taco has better reviews than the other Del tacos - they don't skimp on the food . Most other Del tacos put 6 or 7 strands of cheese on my taco.

I love del taco but please put someone at this location that listens through drive thru or dont use technology. I got a wrong order bcs of that

Del Taco is a fast-food restaurant chain that has been serving Mexican-inspired dishes for over 50 years.

I mean, what can you say about Del Taco. IMO, hands down, the 'go-to' for fast food. Their menu, for the most part, is healthy- beans, cheese, chicken- I just order without sour cream or any other 'drippin with fat' additions and you have a healthy meal. Their prices are hands-down the lowest in the field and they're almost always open. As a musician, that's music to my after-show appetite. Taco Bell is a far distant second-place, only to be tolerated when there's no Del Taco in the vicinity.

Very nasty floor manager , Cant understsnd why she is not fired, Misserable with customers We have stopped going because of her. Her attude also reflects on the rest of the staff. Otherwise we use to like the place had been going for years.

Homeless population is becoming a problem here. Haggled for money multiple times. The location is not kept clean or organized. The staff are not thorough with checking orders for accuracy, and the food preparation and presentation is lacking.

The food is good, however the service is not. We had to repeat our order several times and once again they did get it wrong. We ordered four items and two of the four items were not correct. We ordered a bean burrito with green and red sauce no cheese. The burrito came with nothing but beans. We also ordered a chicken taco with only chicken and lettuce no sauce and no cheese, it came back with everything chicken sauce cheese and lettuce. The receipt says chicken tacos so they didn't write what was supposed to be on the receipt. The bean burrito was written properly on the receipt but made in correctly. It's just sad that this has happened so many times that we are finally writing about it. Just make sure to check your orders before you get home.

Long line that went fast. Food tastes fresh. Better fries than most burger places.

These people are fast people ! They work really fast ! The food is so and so I would go here if I didn’t have anywhere else to go eat just for a quick bite .

I think it has so do with the speaker but this del taco location will NEVER get your order right! They will always forget a few items - like I said they replaced their drive thru speaker a while back I believe but they still can’t hear anything

I got there new chicken BLT torta crispy fries and a rootbeer was great

I been there now a few times. The service is good with a smile, fast, and good.

05.28.2022 This is my first time in California and last night we got in late from an overnight flight and were hungry so we finally found this place was open. There was a Taco Bell across the street but since we have Taco Bell in south florida we wanted to try something new, so we tried this place. Similar menu to a Taco Bell. The Food was good however the service from the lady was horrible i am traveling with my friends who speak not only english but spanish and she made comments under her breath both while still at the drive thru speaker and again at the window, very unprofessional, i felt. Interesting note however i have never see crinkle fries as a side at a latino style food place before, but it was good and hot.

Learn how to fill up a fry box! Also gave us the wrong drink in the drive-thru.

Best del taco in the 5 mile radius. They sure don't skimp out here ladies and gentlemen. Big burritos, nice full tacos and even the shakes are always made well here.

PLEASE! Stop washing your lettuce and tomatoes in Bakers Ammonia. I don't care if the FDA declares it safe! I can taste the ammonia and it ruins my ability to eat anything washed with it! Ammonia is poisonous. Stop extending the shelf life of your fresh vegetables at the expense of my health! Manage your supply chain better or just teach your employees how to dice a fresh tomato and how to shred a fresh head of lettuce. Your need to make profit at the expense of my health is unacceptable!
