One of the stingiest Panda's I've ever been too. Ordered a bigger plate and got something closer to a bowl. Half an order of chow mein and the broccoli beef was missing the beef. Will not ever return.

Terrible service. First of all the cashier gave me a bunch of attitude for no reason. And then when I get home and open my plate it’s this… I mean what is this seriously? This is basically nothing. And they didn’t even chop my teriyaki chicken btw. Don’t go here. There’s better Panda Express but this one truly disappoints

the moment i walked in they had about 10+ boxes on the counter so i assumed they had a huge online order; which they did. they told me they would help me in a few minutes which was fine. i got my 2 item plate and it was delicious. the beef and broccoli was just made fresh so that was the highlight. i was happy to eat inside because nobody came in or out of the restaurant during my visit.

The staff is friendly, it's clean and tidy, and the food is delicious.Basic Chinese taste, but the taste is okay. Listen carefully to any restaurant. Serve as much food as the price has risen.

Only looks great, taste oily over real flavor and also this place gives you really small portions. Find another location!

This place is nice to dine in, but not for delivery. Though their workers tend to give you enough food at the restaurant, their delivered foods would always have way less amount than usual. Most importantly, they would give you the worst ones (big orange chicken pieces with barely any meat, chow mein with no noodles, etc) for the delivery. I have ordered delivery at least 5,6 times with uber eats, doordash, or grubhub, and the foods I got were always like that. It is probably the manager who told the workers to do so, but this is really messed up. Why do you guys treat the customers like this?

Purchased two Panda bowls and do these look like adult meal? Out of all Panda Express, this place is the worst portion-wise. What a rip off... If you are hungry don't go to this Panda Express.

They obviously have the profits to serve a little more of their Americanized portions, but they refuse to do it because their hunger for money is larger than our 3 entrees. I asked for extra hot sauce and they gave me One extra package. ONE.

Small portions given, half a portion of kung pow chicken with 4 small pea sized pieces of chicken, vegetables in kung pow were used as filler for orange chicken, biggest vegetables were under the orange chicken, not worth getting food delivered from here for the price of a full plate

Second time we go and no Sesame chicken. No explanation, if is one of the items in their menu, why is always unavailable? Last time I try...

I’ve been coming to this location for years now since I live by it but I won’t be coming here anymore the past times I’ve came they’ve failed to disappoint me with their customer service today I went in here to only leave angry the portions they serve is a misery unbelievable the lady that was serving was rude I noticed the lady ahead she gave a bigger portion for being the same race (ASIAN) I felt super discriminated as my turn came because I noticed the serve me a small portion I hate to bring race Into this but it’s literally how it looked and felt I told the lady as I got rung up about what happened and she seemed so bothered about it the 3 people serving at the front, I know what is like to work in the food industry it’s only fair for people to pay for what they get this location is the worst I’m not the one to ever leave a bad review but enough is enough. Please avoid coming to this location their service is awful and to be sincere I felt discriminated. Thank you for your awful customer and serving service I won’t ever come here again.

They keep things pretty fresh. Sometimes you have to wait for a fresh item. The veggies are too crunchy for me, but every thing else is tasty. They try to keep it clean, but have a hard time during the rush hour. Bonus is they show games on the ESPN channel ( no volume)

In comparison to other pandas they don’t give you a lot of food. We order the bigger plate and with us asking for more the person literally just put 2 small pieces more. Then we look at the third side in the box it was missing like half the teriyaki chicken in the box.

I had to wait about 10 to 15 min. Which I didnt mind because I understand sometimes it gets super busy and not enough food cooked. Well I basically waited to get hair on my food. I got home and started eating and there was a light color hair in my food. My hair is definitely not that color. I'm hungry, but I can't eat it...it's gross. Guess is the last time I get food there. I remember the guys cooking and definitely one was with shoulder length hair. Maybe they should at least have it in a pony tail and away from there face. Hope it doesn't happen to anyone else. Sucks.

I will never come back here again. The servers are rude and don't have the slightest idea on being nice to people.

as others have said, you are getting ripped off here. the portions are ridiculously small . been to this location multiple times out of convenience and have watched them take food out of your plate and put it back into the bowl. workers are pretty rude as well. Go to the Panda Express on Orangethorpe if you want to get your moneys worth.

Walked in at 8:15pm and workers didn't want to make anymore food to serve when I asked for beef and broccoli. Manager had to come out and said kitchen closes at 8:30pm even though they didn't have many choices ready. Manager reluctantly had them make more as she reminded me kitchen closes at 8:30pm even though it was now 8:20pm with more than 5 people in line behind me. I am only posting this time since this has happened many times around 8:00pm nightly. It seems if you don't get their before 8:00pm they rather not have the business.

i've tried panda inn before and it was good, and decided to order from doordash in panda express because they're the same company. but turns out dissapoint because the fried rice is undercooked and has no flavour at all, the orange chicken is just ok, and the broccoli beef has weird taste. i really wanna throw away my meal. money wasted!

No main dish. Almost all panda stores I’ve ordered have had issues with a little stuff here and there, and this is the most absurd and dumbest mistake they’ve made for the order for my kid. You never deserve a piece of star here but I wanted to share with everybody. Shame on you and do your job properly!
