Put in our order online over 2 hours before scheduled pick up time. Then received email 20 minutes before pick up time stating almost ready. Arrive 5 minutes before pick up time only one of six sandwiches were ready. Only ONE employee working and 3 people ahead of us. We had reservations for a boat ride at 5 pm in Long Beach that we did not make. Disappointed not just us but our guests waiting for us at the dock. We will never come to this Subway again. This is my third bad experience at this particular store. Whoever owns it needs to fix this mess.

Seemingly very new staff, not yet self sufficient, and not particularly attentive. Didn't know what some of their own sandwiches were, started one order then switched to another customer mid-order.

My sandwich was excellent. Plenty of parking, clean store and the service was great!

I've gone there 4 time's the past 2 weeks and the person who has made my sandwich each time has been Angela. Angela is such a good woman. She is a hard worker, makes a great sub sandwich and has always been cheerful, follows how you ask for it to be made and always has a smile too.

I usually get a chips and coffee for $3.45 As a meal deal the guy charge me for a coffe and chips spirate.. will never go back to this location

No offense. It’s just not good enough. There are certain food places that, after consuming the food, you plan on coming back because the food was good: this is not one of those places.

This Subway is clean, convenient, ingredients are always fresh. But why not 5 stars? Because some of their servers are soooooooo slow prepares food, so this location would not be my first choice unless I have no other plans when going to this Subway.

They need to have more than one employee working at a time. There was a single employee and the man seem overworked and irritated. I don't blame him but he was a rude and threw cucumbers back in the tray like he was fed up. Not a recommended location.

Fresh ingredients and fairly recently renovated store.

ETA: hours are listed on door as 730a-9p, it's 0800 and the doors are locked. Clean building, food is to be expected but as many others have listed: Employees (specifically Kate who always seems to be the one person at the counter) are very slow (whether there is one person working or three) and just seem extremely apathetic and u happy to be there. And while the food tastes mostly as expected, it's very hit or miss. I always get the same thing (blt) and sometimes it's 4 bacon straps, sometimes its 6, sometimes it's 8.
