Unfortunately I am disappointed in our first trip to the new Bellini’s in holly springs. We were met at the door with a nice young man and a newly decorated establishment. It looked nice! However, they didn’t have 3 drinks that I ordered. Our mushrooms were first a very small portion (3) but in addition, not a normal stuffed mushroom and not up to our likings. I ordered the chicken parm and unfortunately the chicken was mushy, not crisp and it also tasted like it came from the freezer section. Neither of us finished any of our parts of the meal. We always try to give places a second chance, but we will have to give it quite a bit of time. I feel like I really just wasted money. I’m providing two stars based on the waiter because he did the best job he could!

I wanted to give you a 5* but I can’t. The service was wonderful, Nancy gives the best service, but the food was so disappointing. The bread was cold, and hard, I had trouble finding my eggplant in all the red sauce, very small portion, hardly any pasta. My son’s veal was half the size of portions he has had in the past. The crème brûlée was tiny and cold. I probably will not be back. All I can say is we loved this restaurant when they were in Fuquay. If they would go back to how they once had it, I think their restaurant could be a success. If they stay the way it is currently, I don’t think the new location will be very successful. . ***See below….this is how crème brûlée should look!!! But I don’t think you look at your reviews.

I had the chicken piccata, my wife had the penne, à la vodka. The food is absolutely amazing. The service is wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised being from New York how amazing this restaurant is. The food is on par, if not better than your Italian grandmothers.

First time to Bellini's. Fancy atmosphere (classy). Well taken care of by staff. Great menu options for appetizers, entries, desserts and drinks. We took advantage of the entire menu. The four of us had a great time and the food was amazing. The waiter was everything you might expect from a nice dinning experience. We will definitely be back.

Cheesecake was hard and crumbling while the crust had jello consistency. Could not eat. Cheesecake portion turned into clumpy sand when I tried to cut it and crust stuck all over fork.

My father and I had come based off of their positive review in the Cary Magazine, but we were extraordinarily disappointed. Our waiter was amazing, very attentive and conversational, but the food was lacking. I got the manicotti ($17), but it was really small and nothing special, especially for the price. My father got the chicken parmesan (not sure the price), and lamented that the sauce was too acidic and the chicken was not crispy. The pricing was definitely $$$, not $$ (thanks Google). When you pay top dollar for a meal, you expect it to be special, but that was unfortunately not the case this evening. We will not be back and will likely go to Daniel’s Italian restaurant instead.

My family and I love Bellini. The entrees are always excellent, as well as the desserts- try the chocolate layer cake! I’m not a cake person and it was absolutely delicious with a decadent vanilla ice cream. The strawberry cake is also amazing when fresh out!! Bellini is also reasonably priced, especially at lunch time with their lunch special which includes a salad. The waitstaff are also amazing, they are all so kind, especially Nancy. The atmosphere is also lovely, and they always play old classics which my family and I truly appreciate! Overall, Bellini is a restaurant that has mastered not only their culinary expertise and atmosphere, but also genuine hospitality.

Bellini in holly springs is amazing we have taken friends both times and always so good. Good service and food quality. Save room for a three course meal when you go! For being in a “strip mall” we were expecting such a fancy atmosphere. But it can be fancy or casual fancy. Definitely a great place to go to celebrate or just have a great dinner. (And dessert 😊)

The food was absolutely delicious. It was super fancy which me and my friend didn't expect, but it was very enjoyable. I would recommend going here on a date or maybe for a special occasion. Our waitress was super kind and made sure we had everything we needed.

My wife picked this restaurant based on ratings and we drove 20 miles to try it. We were not disappointed. The portions looked small when they were brought to the table, but they were extremely filling and tasted wonderful. We both had salads, entrees and desert and enjoyed all of it. The owner came by our table to check on us and made us feel welcome and appreciated. We will make the journey back soon.

Waitress was lovely. Specials weren’t told to us until we asked. Eggplant appetizer was soggy and not fried well. Veal Bellini was disappointing, with a tasteless sauce and box pasta. Salmon special was paired with a thick red sauce that didn’t combine well. overall impression was that the prices paid in the restaurant is not worth it and this doesn’t taste like Italian food.

In Holly Spring but could have easily been Little Italy, the staff, ambiance, food and service were excellent. I am proud to see that “we” have this level of quality of dining in our area. The portion sizes are great, not but busters, the quality no quantity of course is the sentiment I gather. Good date night spot. Will become one of our regular locations.

Not to our liking. Complimentary breadbasket with dipping oil and balsamic was good. Promotional complimentary small ceasar was ok. Meatball sub was terrible, almost like naan breads with minimal filling. See photos. Chicken piccata sauce was good, spaghetti as expected, chicken tasted funky. Total cost just shy of $25 +tip, which is not bad for lunch. I would have rather paid a little extra and had better chicken and more sub filling and a sub roll or chiabatta.

Looked good, but didn't taste good. For the prices they charge you would expect better quality and portions. There's 4 Italian restaurants in Holly Springs. I've ate at them all now and Bellini will never be on our list. Service was excellent, so there's that at least.

Happy an Italian restaurant is moving in. Looked good on arrival. Staff was excellent. That's it. I ordered the spaghetti seafood with red sauce. What I got was spaghetti in a bowl of very lightly flavored water with a few shell fish. NO flavor to the sauce. The bread before the meal was a few slices of cold French bread that may have e been on the shelf for a while. I won't go further. Service was good though

NEVER AGAIN! I was excited for take out and have spaghetti and meatballs. I was craving it. I picked it up, drove home and sat to eat my meal which I was completely disappointed about. There were no meatballs!!!! I called and they said meatballs were extra. I was confused because a) I ordered them and b) it was over $17!!!! They told me that was the price for marinara! Really ?! She told me I could drive back and pick up the meatballs for an extra $1.50!!!! What just happened? I could buy 17 boxes of spaghetti and have way better marinara!!!!!!! Never again. Now I know what they are never crowed even on a Friday night!!!!!

First time visit and we'll be back. Great menu and wine selection. Ice cold Red Oak for me and my wife had the house cab....and it was great. I ordered the spinach filled pasta with vodka sauce / topped with checked. Superb. My better half had the antipasto......and she was content. Service was attentive and know what she was doing. Probably should have taken pictures, but maybe next time.

Most of the food was good, but this was no surprise since we have been enjoying their food since Fuquay days. Our waiter however seemed very unseasoned, as in, she was more of a New York style diner waitress, blunt and unpolished, and sometimes just rude. Also the bar drink was sub par. Given these things, it seems like a great restaurant to just get takeout from or catering without service IMO.

My carryout was far less than what I expected. I paid nearly $50 (2 entrees) and a side of broccoli for a dismal meal. Disappointed.

Over priced for below, mediocre Italian food. Server acted like he didn’t really want to be there. Seemed annoyed that we didn’t order alcohol or appetizer’s. No specials were mentioned either. My chicken Marsala had a lot of chewy parts in it and the sauce was very watery! It was also barley room temperature. My husband’s veal was generic and not at all anything to brag about and also not hot. Next time we want Italian- we will just make spaghetti at home for 90% cheaper and 100% tastier. I’d recommend not coming here if you want good Italian food. I promise you’ll be disappointed.

Just left there. Food was hot, fresh, and great, had the carbonara. Waiter NEVER checked in me during the meal and my water glass was empty halfway thru. It was NOT busy. Asked if they had a house rose, he said no. Offered nothing else as a substitute. Guess low paying customers aren't looked as high tippers or deserve attention. Sad.

Okay, this place is cute and yummy. Feel free to dress up or dress down the service will be just as good either way. We had the penne a la vodka with salmon/shrimp and the portion was perfect. We had the calamari as an app and they were perfectly breaded and the dipping sauce tasted so clean and natural. Lastly, we enjoyed the mango sorbet for dessert (yes, we went all out with three courses but it was my bday so we kinda had to) Please pay this place a visit if you’re sick of your usual Italian and want something fresh and comforting AND please like this review if you agree we need help support local when we can

First time here with friends that come regularly. The house made pasta was fantastic. The meat sauce was actually meaty. We did not have a resavertion and were seated quickly. Our party of 4 was not ruched through the meal. It is a great atmosphere for friends getting together or a large party. Definitely will be returning.

The service was excellent, wait staff was very polite and attentive. Never once had to ask for my drink to be refilled. The food was excellent and portion sizes were perfect. The restaurant was very clean and decorated very nicely as well. Very good experience all around.

We shared the chicken parmesan. It was plenty for each of us. Great service. The patio is very pleasant. Reasonable prices. I liked that it was ready quickly. Sometimes Italian dining is extremely slow.

My son is on the spectrum and tonight he was demanding italian meatballs and not the “house meatballs” *ones I made for him* so in a stressed, my child needs to eat moment we ended up here because it was the first Italian restaurant we passed. I did not realize it was a little more upscale and there was absolutely NO kids there, but there was no turning around at this point with my son. I asked the hostess if they sell meatballs by themselves and explained why I needed them. She kindly sat us in the back away from others so we wouldn’t disturb them. The wait staff was very kind and understanding and accommodating with my son. I truly appreciate them. The food was also very good my son said they were the best meatballs

Take out - Ordered via phone. Small pizza + 1x cannolo... Pizza was not bad, but forgettable. Cannolo, advertised as cannoli, was good.
