I ordered online, I got there before the time on the app, waited for my pizza to be done, the pizza was burnt and my cheesy bread was remade because it was too burnt, the remade cheesy bread wasn't fully cooked. I left with burnt pizza that I tried eating but I tasted too much carbon and undercooked cheesy bread, the brownie I ordered was good though.

Went to blaze on my one hour lunch break. It smelled when we walked in but thought maybe they just opened a new package of feta or anchovies. The guy taking our order, Ethan, was very rude. There was no one in line in front of us and took 30 minutes to get 2 half pizzas done-they were moving sooooo slow. The guy firing the pizza was nice. He gave us our pizzas and I asked where my half salad was. He asked Ethan and Ethan rudely replied “when I get a chance!” It was placed with my pizza order and should have been done before fulfilling any other orders behind me. Will not be eating here again until Ethan has an attitude change.

I ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza and added bacon. They wrote on the paper exactly what I asked for. When I got my pizza it was made incorrectly with no bacon. When I asked the crew about it they became very rude and disrespectful. One guy pushed the incorrect pizza towards me and said “you can keep this one. I suppose you want us to make you a new one”. I said I would like what I ordered please. He was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude but threw together a new pizza. When the replacement was ready it was burnt. It is very sad that this is the kind of service we receive when the workers at the restaurant messed up. I have included a photo of the “well done” pizza.

First time here at Blaze Pizza, and I gotta say it’s flat out best to eat at! Menus for customization pizzas, nice employees there, and a clean area! The pizza is delicious and definitely recommend dining here with friends and families!

So bummed. We have always enjoyed their pizza but they're struggling with enough help it seems and the online orders keep dining in customers standing in non moving line. The employees seem overwhelmed and yes nothing else gets tended to in the restaurant. Our pizzas bottoms burned. Anyway, management needs to reassess productivity otherwise you'll lose customers. Besides that, your food product has always been good in my opinion.

Placed to order online to be ready at 11:30 Pizza wasn't even put in the oven yet at that time wasn't ready until 11:45 which cut into our lunch time. Ask for well done toppings were still uncooked, had roasted garlic usually garlic is roasted and then cooked but it was raw garlic this time. Pizza was very soggy. I contacted blaze Pizza online several days ago with my experience they said that I would be contacted soon but they never even bothered to do that I guess they don't care about customer service.

I love Blaze pizza, but I usually go to the one in Garner. I was in the area and decided to eat in the Holly Spings one. Place was dirty, had a bad smell especially in the line where the toppings are, trust me I can handle smells but this was bad. Sanitation grade is 94, but it should be lower based on the smell of the place. Staff was nice and fast, got my order right. But for me it was the bad smell, didn't enjoy my pizza. Hopefully they fix issue. :(

Went to Blaze pizza for the first time today at the Holly Springs location. I am very disappointed. The toppings area was a disaster, white stuff splattered on the glass, area near register looks like it has never been dusted, bathroom trash cans were overflowing, bottom of the pizza was so full of black crumbs it was disgusting. Worst part about it is there were at least 5 employees there just sitting at the tables on their phones. I understand they may have been on their lunch break but with the amount of employees that were there I feel it could have been a lot cleaner. I was surprised to see how empty it was when we arrived but now I understand why.

Here’s a place I was excited to go to for the first time. How disappointing to watch a cashier exchange money with a customer with his gloves on, then use the same gloves to scoop cheese up and make a pizza. Another worker removed air-buds from his ear, placed it in his pocked then scoop topping for bread. Please pay attention to the workers not just the time it’s taking to them to prepare food. Really, what’s the point in wearing the gloves? To appear cleanliness is being practiced but truly that’s not the case.

Pizza was yummy and cooked well. Good proportions of toppings. Despite it not being busy a lot of the tables looked like they needed to be wiped down. Also, there were zero straws available, which I found weird and extremely inconvenient as a parent with a toddler.

Today is 3/14 Pi Day - my friend had taken a photo of the signage a week prior and there was no visible signs saying that they would be delaying their opening. We showed up at 11:30 (their online hours show that they open at 11) upon arrival there was signage stating that they wouldn’t be opening until 3pm… and would only be open until 8pm… really disappointed because I wanted to snag the $3.14 pizza before my shift starts at 2pm. This is really unprofessional and they should’ve posted these hours with the original signage. A lot of other people showed up and we’re disappointed. This is really unacceptable. I feel bad for the highschool kids who wasted most of their lunch break just to find out they wouldn’t be open. I know personally I most likely won’t be coming back to this location after this.

Pizza was good, but the two people working there were not friendly at all. There was no greeting, barely any interaction with customers. On top of all this, the place was filthy. We had to clean the table ourselves, but the rest of the place was just so dirty with crumbs on the tables, floors and the area where you get drinks. I will not go back to this place unless they clean it up or change how things are done. Personally, this falls on the manager...providing there is one.

Great first time experience, the salad and pizza were delicious. Will definitely be back.

I love this place normally so this is sad to post this but I am disappointed. They are great in how they accommodate all of my dietary restrictions, however my family went there for lunch yesterday around noon and it seemed short staffed at first as It took a little longer than normal. I was dissatisfied with how little vegan cheese they added to my pizza, even after asking for additional cheese twice they still used very very minimal cheese. We got our pizzas, and I began to eat a slice, and then noticed a long blond hair cooked into my pizza. I took it back up they were great with replacing it but I didn’t get to enjoy my pizza at the same time as my family. We finished our meal and a little more than 12 hrs later my entire family, including my 2 yr old and baby, started to thr*w up with what I believe to be food poisoning, as that is the only thing we all had that day that was similar. I’m sad to say I may not be able to eat there again after that.

Always disappointed… Yesterday I had placed an online order to be picked up at 6:57. When I walked in there were also about 15 people waiting for online order pick ups. They told us that online orders were about 30 minutes behind and they would call out the order name as they go. I waited patiently for over an hour right next to the pick up shelf watching as everyone else’s online orders get called out name by name and the manager explaining again and again to other customers that if they want a refund they must go thru the app. Unfortunately there is no way to cancel a blaze pizza order even on the app you must call the store directly but guess what… you guessed it they kept there phone off the hook so it immediately goes to voicemail so the only thing I can do is wait for my name to be called. After their rush died and they could focus on only the online orders (around 8pm so I have been here for about an hour now) I walk up to the manager and ask her politely how long does she think until my order would be done. She asked for the name and I gave her my name and she walked around the store for about 5 minutes and then comes back up to me explaining that my order never went through the system and they do not have my order. It takes about another 5 min for me to get her attention again and I show her my app with my order number and such. She then takes another 5 minutes and tells me that she doesn’t know where my order is. I told her that I’ve been here waiting for over an hour and a half already and they have no called out my order name. She then tells me that she put my order on the shelf and when I asked her why didn’t she call out my name she says it was busy and she forgot. So they called out everyone’s name but mine? That doesn’t make any sense? When I get home and finally get to eat my dinner that I waited over an hour and a half for I open the boxes and guess what both my orders are incorrect. I am always disappointed coming to this blaze location and I will not be back.

Decided to give this location another chance but once again it disappointed. Pizza was once again burnt on the bottom. This location is horrible. Pizza's have been burnt last two times but before that was undercooked. Today I tried to call the location to speak with a manager when I got home with the pizza but they make it impossible to reach someone. I reached out to customer service via email about my previous experience there and that was useless, they're customer service is horrible. So instead I am going to do a review which I never do.

I ordered NYC style 7 topping Pizza. The toppings are fresh and delicious. Price is bit high.

Dylan made my wife and I two of the most superb pizzas we’ve ever had. His attention to detail is unparalleled, carefully scattering the ingredients across the pie - yet with a hint of artistic reckless abandon. We will return to this restaurant to enjoy more pizza in the future.

Came here on 9/30/21 and did not have the best experience which is disappointing. It was quite a busy night on Thursday to only have 3 team members working. In totally it took over 30 minutes to actually get the pizza and walk out of the door. But willing to look past that because they did have a now hiring sign in the front of the store. I watched the staff who were wearing gloves work the register and handle cash from patrons and immediately go right back to making food or boxing completed orders. Gloves should always be changed after handling cash. The restaurant cleanliness was below average. Pizza trays were stacked in dining room and outside that looked like that haven’t been moved in hours. The floors looked the exact same way below average. Sad to see blaze like this because I’ve never had a bad experience there like this.

Ordered through the app at 529pm pickup said 549. Get there and wait until 6pm before asking for a refund. My food was never made. When i walked in there was no one inside but I was told customers waking in take priority... never going again plus their quality has dropped with all the kids they hire and the pizza is consistently bubbly... DON'T GO TO THIS ONE!!!!

My son loves this place but it's not very clean. Doors, windows, floors and outside dining areas need a little TLC. Over 5 employees but no one wiping tables either. I'm a little uneasy of what the kitchen/ prep area looks like if the front of the house looks like it does.

Overall, I’m pretty disappointed in my experience here. It was my first and will be my last. I ordered a gluten free crust and had to get a cauliflower crust instead since they were down to one press (which I think is almost a $5 upcharge for a crust that is premade). Asked for pesto on top and they were also out of that. Beyond that, the place was a mess. There were no clean tables, the trash was overflowing, and there was no soap in the bathroom. On a positive note, the pizza tasted okay and staff was friendly.

We usually love blaze, however this location has temp hours taped to the door that do not reflect the online or app hours. Drove all the way there before 8pm (app and website said 9pm close) and was greeted with a locked door and paper sign saying they close at 7 on saturdays.

It looked like they had a food fight behind the counter and left it. Sauce splatters all over and old toppings thrown everywhere. The store was almost empty and they were just standing around when we got there and no one thought to clean a little? The only reason we ate it is because the oven will burn off the germs. The whole store had a sewer smell as well. Bummer because I used to love the pizza but we won’t go again.

Usually when I come during the day the line runs smoothly, tonight with the young men things were complicated with all the young men need more structure with them. Overall pizza was delicious

Hard to beat the Take Two meal. Enough pizza for lunch and a good size salad.

Stopped in for lunch today and was blown away with the difference between this location and Garner. The staff was friendly and courteous, the wait was very reasonable, and the pizza was exceptional. This location should be the model the others are trained to operate like. I will only eat at this Blaze from now on. Thanks for restoring my faith in your brand.

I have to say that Blaze Pizza is by far the best pizza place that I can sit down enjoy my meal and eat. I have been to many pizza places in the past, but this one is the one I will always keep coming to.

Don’t let the picture deceive you. It was half done and delivered. The moment we tried to grab a piece, it fell apart. The whole inner circle was mushy and not done at all. We had to fill our tummies with the outer circle. Not fair.
