Cool place! Great collection of devices from different centuries, perfect way to present, some entertainments for small visitors and their parents - old slot machines available for play. Some surprising discoveries about technologies, also impressive full-size steam machine. Love it, definitely a place to come back

Very nice place to remember our old stuff 😉 but also to try by yourself many scientific laws learnt in school. The staff is very kind and open to explain you if you’re now German proficient and the environment is very well organized and maintained to ensure you will have a great experience.

Not very interesting for people looking to learn the technical develpments of any object. You see just bikes or motors stuffed with no hint on what was new in this item, and how to compare it to other old inventions.

A wonderful museum featuring a remarkable selection of technology. A lot to see. We spent an hour there but you could be there half a day.

This museum is not huge, but it covers a wide range of topics from the field of technological advancements, the industries that rose and fell with them, and how they affected society. The focus is on industries that were represented in Nuremberg. There is a large collection of motorbikes, from the very first ones to as recent as 2010. They have old cars, bicycles, different tools, a gigantic steam engine, some of the very first PCs and more. They have a number of rooms prepared to showcase for example an old class room, shop floors, workers apartments from the time of the industrial revolution and so on. If you are interested in this kind of stuff, you can easily spend several hours in there.

Very interesting museum, too bad it will be closed for two years soon. Kids didn't want to leave the section where you can try to make projects yourself, i was impressed by the school museum. Didn't know that in 50-s there were already so many household electrical devices in Germany. 😲 There were many section, and each of them deserves a lot of time and attention.

An interesting selection of exhibits that make the history of industrialization come alive. Especially the large steam engine was very impressive. Overall, the exhibition, however, has aged over the years. A visit after the renovation is definitely worthwhile. The Student Discount ist very generous (2.5€ Ticket price)

The museum in general is good. But a man on the register was pretty rude. I spoke with him in English, and he replied to me in German. I've said a few times that I don't understand German. But he continued speaking German. Only at the end he said 2 phrases in English. In tourist spots, in a museum it's totally inadmissible.

A wonderful museum with a lot of interesting things to see! You have to leave your bag locked outside, but you can return to the lockers to eat and drink, no problem. Enjoy!

This is a gem of a museum! The main museum is absolutely gorgeous! The exhibits were thought out for the pleasure of adults and children alike! Our 6 and 8 year olds loved it! The only downside is that nothing is translated into English. (The up side of that for my family is we only spent 1.5 hours there instead of what I would have normally done in 3 hours! 😂)

A very interesting smaller museum with a nice collection of bicycles, motorcycles and small cars. I took my time and spent about two hours there. Most items were manufactured in Nuremberg. GO VISIT.
