The worst reception I have experienced. Slav, she was rudest and worst receptionist I have seen in my life. She was angry, shouting and very rude. When we asked her to be polite and not shout, she even threatened us to call the police. Hotel management, you should seriously think what to do with her.

Great staff. We were allowed to use a parking spot in the garage for our 6 bicycles. Thank you. Nice beds, but a lot more noise in the rooms facing the front/river. Garten view is way better. Splendid breakfast. Please install electric outlets near the beds. My 2m cord was not able to reach any outlets from the bed!

A very nice hotel with comfortable beds. They offer a great breakfast spread. My only gripe is the bathtub seemed too narrow for my 44 shoe size feet.

Staff was friendly & helpful, and the breakfast buffet - for only 7.50 Euros - is simple but worth every Cent. We had a couple of problems with the room though: 1. There are no power outlets (neither USB nor conventional) around the bed - so you can either charge or use you cellphone during the night, but not both at the same time. 2. The WiFi was among the most feeble internet connections I have ever experienced. (amended on July 31)

This hotel is very convenient if you travel to the East. It's close to the border and comfortable. Staff is very polite and friendly. Pets are allowed. That's a very good option for us. We liked the breakfast preserved in the morning.

Nice rooms, with comfortable mattress, clean and large for a reasonable price. Sauna is nice to have on a cold day but quite small for such a large hotel. Good breakfast too with large variety of options and juices. Good tasting coffee and staff is super helpful.

We loved staying here. Breakfast is varied with excellent quality items. It's the first time I had real croissants in Germany for instance. Comfortable bed and a quiet room with plenty of pillows when we asked for it. They have a gorgeous deck out back to sit in as well. Very close to the centre (walking distance) while being in a quiet location. Wifi internet connection was excellent and lots of free parking available nearby if you don't want to pay €6.50 for parking right at the hotel.

Exceptional location amongst trees on the edge of a large and shady town park and overlooking the river, but only about 5 minutes walk to the old town. We particularly liked the wonderful garden, and being able to admire it whilst eating on the terrace. The restaurant menu is short but well-designed and the cooking surprisingly good for a hotel. Very well-equipped bedrooms and bathrooms, all fitted out to a very high standard (though the style will appeal more to middle-aged and older visitors). Immaculately cleaned and maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. And Gorlitz itself is fabulous - not just in its exceptionally well preserved old town but in its 19th century extension. All-in-all our stay here was a delight and I wish it had been for three nights not two.

We spent two joyful nights here. It is nice and calm. The booking was smooth. We requested a room change to a better view and the staff was helpful and responsive. Thank you.

I always love to stay here. Close enough to Poland you can walk there. It's situated on the river by a nice park. Has its own paid parking and great breakfast. Restaurant is really good and the bar serves local pilsner Landskron. Restaurant open till 10pm, bar till 12am. Downtown is within walking distance and Goerlitz has beautiful architecture. Good Japanese restaurant 550 meters away of you want something different.

About 1km from city center. Clean rooms. Great friendly staff!!! It is very quiet around which is always great. The sauna was good as well. The check in was nice. We checked in 1 hour before, no problem

The place was nice.. we came early around 12pm but the check in was at 2pm. So be mindfull of that. They took our bags at the main entrance for safe keeping. There was help even at 3am when we came back to check in, which was nice. The breakfast was amazing a lot of variety of breads jams sausages cheese eggs and so on. One could see a lot of veterans enjoying their meals. Checkout was also smooth. I forgot my room key in the room. I just told them my name and they helped me check out in like 2 seconds. There is free parking 100m to the hotel as well. The hotel is right next to the lake. I got a two bed kig size room with bath tub and wifi. With a good view.

Excellent hotel, located at the bank of the river.
