Very worst service and employees, they didn't allow us to 5 mins after check out time though we were with kids poor and pathetic service

I checked in the hotel, they have wrost staff. No one receives, late response, no Greetings, just kinda rude and no floor boys for any emergency. Only watch man is friendly. Don't except any food near this hotel after 10.00 pm. There is possibility if you have private vehicle.

Found many cockroaches in room n bathroom Service staff was very good n helpful Location is little unsafe if you are new as the vehicles that cross don't even bother to see if someone is standing or passing thru.... Overall the stay was good....

Good place to stay. Everything is nice. But please try to use room spray rather than using naphthalene balls. Those smell was little disturbing. But overall the stay was good.

Rooms are okay. Location is also good very near to NH. So you can use ita as a transist stay. But the behavior from the reception and staf are very rude. Not polite to any quiery.

Decent place, not very expensive. The booking process in not online, you got to send money via UPI though it works, 1st time guest may have trust issues. 1. Mosquitoes menace is a big problem. Since this is adjacent to a small stinky nullah you will find mosquitoes inside your room, and spending even a couple of minutes outside at the gate of the hotel is free treat to the insects. 2. It's not a kids friendly place. Most of the room furniture has sharp edges and corners, even adults could get hurt. 3. They don't have any restaurants. You got to order food from outside or go out to nearby restaurants. And that's by walk, which is extremely risky given the highway traffic, and people driving from all directions Finding a rickshaw for short distance is next to impossible.

Very neat and tidy. Was surprised to find that the place was 6 years old but everything looked brand new. The place is close to SRM univerisity (10 minute drive).

The room is slightly above average, the cleanliness of the bathroom could be much better. Despite this, the bathroom itself is very very tidy and having a toilet attached to it made taking a shower very uncomfortable. Manager I guess, he is very rude and lacking in politeness. Overall, I would say that the price is quite high. At the very least, they could have provided complimentary breakfast for the price they charge. For the amount paid, I would have expected a better stay with proper amenities. Disappointed. will definitely not stay there again unless they rectify the issues mentioned above

I have already stayed three times and stayed for a week time. Very comfortable stay, location is close to the main highway. Receptionist and other staff is friendly, they will give proper guidance for travellers. Prompt service.
