Visited Kelambakkam branch recently. They did vision test before and after dilating the eyes. Next went for doctor consultation. Doctor was friendly and gave suggestions to change the specs for now and do cataract after 4 to 5 months. However one of the staff member who attended us after doctor consultation behaved very rude and we felt really uncomfortable to understand the medicines dosage and most importantly denied to share the vision test report or even to recommend for a specs from their inside optical. Such an unfriendly service really makes us to think of visiting that center again or recommend to others!

My self and my wife visited for eye check up. 'we are very happy with all explanation given by Optometrist Ms. Jenifer for our basic question regarding our eye power measurement. Doctor was cordial in given final suggestion and confirming the testing.

Had gone to check daughter's eye power checked and get spectacles. The consultation was good, and everyone made sure that the entire process went smoothly. They have a good selection of frames and special mention of Ms.Jennifer who helped us to choose suitable lens for my daughter.

It was my first time at this cenre for Vision,Kelambakkam and I visited Doctor Rajasekhar for eye issue. He treated me very well, was patient to answer all the queries I asked and gave me the solutions I was looking for. Treatment was very Good.Hospitality of his staff was also very good. Cheaper consultation Fees and Quality Treatment.

Had gone for an eye power check..they verify 2 times once before and after putting drop ..and the next day.. a repeat check up.. Which is good since the accuracy is better..this have not seen anywhere else..in opticals shops they are in a hurry to book orders.. Staff are responsive and I ordered the spectacles in their shop..the prices are very reasonable with good quality..happy to find the place..highly recommend😍

Staffs are good. Equipment used are high tech. This place lacks power back up at time of power failure. Sometimes doctors are available at evening only. Wheel Chair Friendly place. Spacious and social distance maintained.

Very nice experience and a good eye clinic centre. They diagnose and give the right droos. Do not prescribe any medication unless its extremely required. Recommended for all age categories. The front office staff - Priya, Saranya and Nidisha have a very humble and caring approach to patients. Doctor Sushmita also is a very experienced opthamologist

Excellent service and pretty good ambience too. Minor, but important aspect to improve is that the toilets need to be maintained cleanly.

Had gone for an eye check up recently and had a bad experience. Ordered multi focal lenses from them. One, ordered a brand, but received a different brand. No answer when questioned. Two, was told I should first use the trial lenses before I get the package. God knows why! Was charged for that and when I received it, it was a pair of lenses with no box, just tied using a rubber band. And the lens cover read clearly that it should not be sold separately. When questioned regarding this they did not have an answer. I asked them for a return and refund which they first accepted and then later told that some admin should be available to accept it. Realised I would never be able to return it. Money is all that matters, not service. Please don't visit this place. Avoid it!

We had a very good experience here during my mother’s cataract surgery. Dr. Anand is very nice person and all staffs are very cooperative.

Very very bad hospital, not at all responsible. We did a eye checkup, the specs they provided was not good. We paid 4300Rs for the specs, hardly one month, the specs frame joint came off. We asked them to replace but they got the defect frame and lens from us, every day I had to followup. After 4th day that nurse/ optical is saying, that you come and take another frame. Further it will take 3 more days for us to get the specs. I already told them my kid does not have any other specs. He is suffering since 4days without specs, his power is high. The irresponsible word she said was im just conveying what the opticals is saying. They do not have any thought of human concern. Just thinking they are doing work. Hospital is a place where humanity should be prioritised and not business. Finally received the replacement after visiting number of times the hospital and following up.

Went for my Parents. Doctor is very helpful and attentive. The staff are courteous. They followed up on appointments and changes. Ordered specs at their Opticals.The staff at the opticals ensured the right lens was selected as per our requirement and it was delivered before the promised time. The Eye specialist - Dr.Sharmila is quite knowledgeable and patiently listened to our concerns. She explained in detail the root cause of the problem including how food habits could affect eye sight. Was an incredible insight and demonstrate the depth of doctor's knowledge. Gave medicines and the issue got resolved in 3days!!

I thanks Doctor, nursing staff for helping me in every stage during treatment. Doctor's explaining my condition and the medication is really amazing so I highly recommended this clinic. The charges were reasonable too.

Worst experience, ill experienced doctor....went with civiour headache, eye pain and fever(migraine headache) just gave a lubricant and azithromycin ointment.... If we won't go for their lab test they won't prescribe the medicines and they prescribed the eye lab test, I know I don't need any eye lab test coz my investigation is related to migraine ......previously I went to vasan n agarwal and the treatment was awesome there..... But here at center for vision and eye surgery hospital it's waste of time and money...for emergency, it's waste to visit center for vision and eye surgery hospital...they are good only for eye power check and prescribe spects

This is one of the best clinic in Kelambakkam.. I consulted Dr. Divya and my dad consulted Dr.Anand.. both doctors explained the cause and treatment very clearly.. just followed what they said and we are totally fine now.. Doctor's and the other staff's are very friendly.. we are very much satisfied.
