Customer service is horrible, specifically the office Manager, Ms. T. Patterson. When you're leaving the office and ask "what is my patient responsibility, the answer will be .... "oh we don't know." You offer to leave a payment towards your potential responsibility, "no you dont need to do that ...." .... then you get an email saying that we've exhausted all efforts? What? But no email about the bill, but they can send an email saying, "exhausted all efforts to.... and now we're going to ...." So THIS is how one is treated, even after trying to be a responsible client / patient! It's not about the bill, because I received a service, it's more about the lack of cohesion and communication from the staff at the desk and that of the business office; specifically Ms. T. Patterson. Thankfully this experience / red flag helped me to identify how patient care and communication is more of an after thought. And as a result, I will seek health care elsewhere.

The Centers for Advanced ENT Care truly care about the public's opinion of their practice and will work with their patients to reach an optimal outcome. I saw MD. Arenstein and he generally seemed interested in supporting my needs and working to identify all solutions possible. Although my initial experience with the office staff was not pleasant, the office manager was completely open to supporting and correcting any issues. Note that their electronic system for appointments and information collection leaves a lot to be desired. Especially when it is used to cancel an appointment without prior communication from the office. With a little TLC from their office staff and a few upgrades to their electronic system, Montgomery Otolaryngology will meet all patients needs.

Entrance not where google will take you, the front of the building. The staff do not inform about confusion on the Entrance. The reminder text doesn't tell you about entrance. The Entrance is to the side of the building. The waiting room looked clean but seating is very close. Diverse staff. The office smelled good. I called for an emergency appointment. Phone answered and I was informed that my insurance was not accepted, and I was told that I could be a cash patient. $50 deposit and after appointment I would get the balance. When I arrived, I explained that a 3rd party would pay my balance, but I was turned away because I have insurance that the location doesn't accept, and they can not accept me as a cash paying patient. It's office policy ". . . not allowed to see patients with insurance that their providers don't accept. . ." They said they would check who made my appointment and didn't provide accurate information for future patients. But for me, the one with ear pain and bleeding not helped.

Dr. Arenstein and Dr. Bridges (Audiologist) are great! They really take the time to listen and explain things to you. However, the front desk staff are unprofessional! I’ve been there several times in the last few months and they’re slow and too chatty with personal conversations for all to hear. It doesn’t help that the tv in the waiting area is always on Fox! How about a non-bias station for your patients?! 🤷🏼‍♀️

I have been a patient here for at least 10 years. Dr. Sinha and his staff are just the best. They are very courteous and helpful and there is very little waiting time. I was told today that they are not in the business of hurting people...which is such a good thing. The staff is very capable. I wouldn't go anywhere else for any ENT issues.

Made an appointment with this office about 3 weeks ago, for an appointment next week. I was trying to call their office today to see if they had any cancellations for this week. Every time i called either locations number, it would send me straight to the voicemail of a number that did not match either number i was calling. Tried about 6 times to call and same thing happened every time. Decided to leave a voicemail and oops their mailbox was full. Visited their website only to find out they don’t take my insurance which they failed to inform me when i called to make an appointment with them originally. Still can’t get ahold of them to cancel my appointment. Guess i will be a no show on their list. Very disappointed in their service and I haven’t even seen them. Oh and i was on hold for 20 minutes when i tried to schedule my appointment originally.

Worse place ever, the staff is so confused, they are always late on your appointments. You have to keep on calling them about your appointment or any questions about your allergy shots. The doctors are great. The allergy lady is terrible. They can’t keep anybody there, they always have a different allergy person.. I strongly do not recommend this location. The communication from this office to their patients it’s terrible

I went in a few months ago, first time seeing an ENT. I’ve had issues with my ears for decades — not popping on their own, elevation changes, congested ears anytime I flew (especially internationally), and even issues with my ears blowing my nose, or when the air pressure changed with the weather. And had also been suffering from constant congestion and sinus pain for more than a year, and had just been taking OTC nasal sprays and congestion meds. Needless to say, it was painful and I was tired of dealing with it through sinus rinses and OTC options. On my first visit, Dr. Sinha asked a lot of questions about what I was experiencing and history of it. I also learned that a symptom I was having was common among people who get migraines. It was excellent and quick service, and left with a steroid prescription to take and a nasal spray. To be honest, I didn’t feel confident that was all it would take. But now 2 months later I don’t have ANY of the symptoms I had before. I also went on an international trip and did not experience the ear pain and congestion that I always experience. Very happy I decided to go see an ENT and highly recommend Dr. Sinha and this practice!

😠 Very disappointing! If you come after midnight the waiting time is 5.30 minutes which is crazy. The Kensington location is closed at this time and there is only one doctor from midnight to 8:00 am. This is supposed to urgent care. This wouldn’t happen if KP was just service providers but they are al...

😠 I was sent here for routine drug testing as a condition of pre-employment. This place also operates as an urgent care and that really is where the problem is. I was quoted a wait time of approximately 1 to 1.5 hours and was seen 2 1/2 hours later. the testing process took no more than five total min...
