Off the crowded Peddler’s Street. Amazing restaurant with great colonial architecture! Food is out of this word. Their seafood is one of the best i have ever had in Sri lanka. Staff is amazing too. Avoid peddlers street tourist spots and have some good food here.!

So so so so soooooo good experience! Really loved this place… we came here because we were looking for a nice place to have lobster 🦞 definitely this is the place! So if you want to have some fish definitely you are in the perfect restaurant. Everything is made with a lot of care and detail, the service was excellent, you could sense that the food was made with love and quality ingredients. As a vegetarian I had some veggies in the menu (while my boyfriend was eating lobster main course and delicious octopus starter), and they were incredibly good the cauliflower was so tasty I ordered another portion, as well as the bok choy and the potatoes (they also had grilled mushrooms). Even this simple dishes had a special touch! Can’t miss it go for it, perfect price, healthy and tasty, we will surely return 🤗

We had a wonderful experience in the historic Galle fort. The restaurant has a unique ambience and will offer you a unique experience. We had our lunch there and everything was perfect, The Best restaurant in Galle fort in my opinion

Had an awesome experience at the Arch for dinner with family. The restaurant is located in a quiet street inside Galle fort with beautiful ambiance. Restaurant is very nicely decorated and boasts large dining spaces and a mix of traditional colonial and modern architecture. We ordered traditional prawn curry with roast paan, seafood rice dish, cauliflower grilled and kid friendly mac and cheese. The prawn curry was so delicious and the roast paan was the best bread I had had in a while. The portions were also quite generous and the sea food rice dish was also very tasty and full of multiple sea food. We also got dessert; pana cota and creme brûlée and they were delicious as well. The service was superb. Professional yet very friendly and overall experience was a delightful experience for the family. An upscale restaurant with amazing food and service. Worth the price and highly recommend for anyone looking for delicious food and an amazing experience that you would remember!

Hands down best seafood I’ve ever had !! Superb service and great ambiance! The ‘Arch Crab’ is a must try! Absolutely loved every bit of it!!

What a fabulous lunch! Nestled on a quite street the colonial building with high ceilings creates an instant impression. Service passionate and knowledgeable. Menu leads with seafood, but has an extensive meat offering as well as a surprising Taco section. We settled on the seafood platter. Each element cooked perfectly, the fish which we often find over cooked was an absolute ‘melt in your mouth’ perfection. A surprising highlight in the medley of fresh sweet seafood. We try to eat local, but the surprising tacos section had us intrigued and as a family favourite we decided to roll the dice. We should have not worried, barbacoa was the highlight, carnitas delicious, great salsa (although pico de gallo a touch too chunky for my liking) and delicious tortilla! Really not a stretch from the real deal. Cocktails really nicely balanced. Cream Brûlée another surprising desert but to rival any found in Paris. Just go, you won’t be disappointed!

We had the best seafood in srilanka! Their full fish is so tasty and worth what we paid for. Omg LOVE the Tom Yam Soup too!! New restaurant, new staff, new cusine and super service ! A must visit !

Nice location, beautiful architecture. Very cosy and loveable atmosphere. And the food ........ Delicious!! You should try their virgin passion moktail and the seafood platter, can't believe the taste!! For the dessert, I had Panna cotta, the best Panna cotta I had in Sri Lanka. Would love to visit again and recommended for all food lovers.

I have to say, me and my husband enjoyed every single bite of the meal. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding. Cocktails are unmatchable…. The sea food platter is amazing!!! You are able to taste so many flavors in one platter. Crab was the best we had in our lifetime. Sides were perfectly cooked. Crème brûlée was heavenly. They offered the dessert as a gift for our anniversary. How thoughtful of them. Lovely!! Service was delightful and professional. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. The classical music accompaniment was perfect for the setting and for our special day. We are going again soon. I wish our holiday in Sri Lanka is longer.

Owner is fantastic. Just be aware staff are still new and in training. But if you have any issue the owner will be sure everything is remedied. I ordered the papparedelle but was given spaghetti and repeatedly told by the waiter this is pappardelle. The owner came out and apologized and spoke to me. Service is hit or miss around Galle, but I believe in time this place will be a true 5 star. The location is beautiful and on a quiet street. Perfect for hiding away from the tuk tuk hustle and bustle
