Instead
of
the
ordered
scrambled
eggs,
they
brought
an
omelette
with
spinach
without
warning.
They
said
that
what
was
ordered
was
not
there,
but
of
course
only
later,
when
we
indicated
that
we
had
asked
for
something
else.
The
second
dish
did
not
contain
the
granola
and
pumpkin
seeds
promised
on
the
menu;
the
smoothie
had
the
taste
of
sunflower
seeds
because
they
added
a
lot
of
them,
unlike
chocolate
-
they
were
very
greedy.
The
smoothie
bowl
itself
is
liquid.
They
asked
where
the
granola
was,
it
turns
out
there
was
none,
but
of
course
there
was
no
mention
of
this
when
accepting
the
order.
We
ate
the
food
because
we
were
very
hungry,
but
extremely
disappointed.
The
staff
doesn't
speak
English
at
all,
didn't
apologize,
lies
(how
can
it
be
impossible
to
cook
scrambled
eggs
if
they
cook
an
omelette?!..).
Food
doesn't
match
the
menu.
For
such
prices
you
expect
different
service,
different
dishes
and
of
course
honesty.
Dear
manager,
u
have
a
lot
of
job.
Customers
don't
want
to
listen
and
to
read
in
reviews
that
ur
mistakes
happened
because
of
Sri
Lanka
problems,
its
because
of
bad
management,
selfish
service,
and
waiters
who
can't
take
an
order
from
menu
correctly
because
they
dont
have
enough
English
to
understand
ur
menu,
so
it
is
your
fault
and
absolutely
ur
responsibility,
ur
field
for
improving.
Do
not
blame
the
country
problems,
there
are
hundreds
of
great
places
to
eat
in
ur
country
even
in
villages
where
problems
are
much
bigger
than
in
Galle
Fort.
