Very affordable place for Ice Cream. Wish the staff is more matured, seems like kids are running tht place. Still the ice creams are very good. The location is in the centre of Galle. Easily approachable. Location is neat and clean. Very spacey. Good for family. Not a privacy place for a couple. I would recommend the Rio Special that costs less than 500. Must try this out at least once.

The menu is long as hell. But most of the things are not available. I asked for an avacado juice but they said that they didn't have it. So I dicided to have a mango fresh juice. Such a massive space there so you are free to sit anywhere. It took half and hour to serve the juice although juice is bloody sweet. They might add more sugar into the juice. But as an advice you need to reduce the sugar level of the juice. Because we need mango Flavour not sugar taste. My girl had a fruit salad It was good. Customer service is good. Things are average price. Nice wall arts there to watch till the juice arrives. The good thing is there is a washroom for customers. That is a good sign. Parking area is not a thing to worry because there is no parking lot. The reason is that's next to the main road.

Worst customer experience ever! We were having our ice cream and it was just passed 6.30pm, even though their closing time is 7.30pm they turned off the lights while we were eating!! Much disappointed!!! I have even photos taken, even we told the manager while we were leaving, he smirked at us without even apologizing! Bought mixed ice cream with cashew nuts and oreo milkshake. The taste of both is 4/10 and 2/10 respectively. Presentation was okay. The milkshake felt like chocolate or milo shake. The place has a very unpleasant odour and place is not fancy.

worsted customer service. Staff don't care about customer. I was waiting for 45min for an hot chocolate. and when I ask they said it will take another 15mins. I for a hot chocolate I can't wait 1hour. tables weren't cleaned. Staffs are just talking fun and using the phone doesn't have concerns about the customer.
