Great Sea food Restaurant in Galle Fort! Great foods , Taste is soooo goood! Price is okay. But a little bit expensive! Annoying thing is 10% of service charge!!!! Recommend for Local & Tourists❤

Amazing Sea Food , They offer Fresh Seafood , They make Daily Menu Based on the Fresh Catch of the Day. We Ordered Tuna Fish with Green Chilly Sause , Fish was Soft and Fresh with Thin Spicy Gravy with some Vegges , Loved the Taste of the gravy. It Came with Rice.. Quantity was good enough for 2 people. Ambience was nice and Chilling giving Old Dutch Vibes..

We had lunch at this place and it was a wonderful experience. All their seafood dishes are top notch. I think it’s mainly down to the freshness of the ingredients. The service was good. They play some good music to blend with their food. The prices are reasonable considering the quality of food. However they could do well if they can put some extra fans as it is extremely hot during lunch time. An amazing place. Highly recommended.

After trying many restaurants in Galle, I have to say, Elita stands out as my favorite. Their location is great, their food is incredible, their staff is extremely friendly. My favorite dishes were the baby shark with lime sauce, the tuna tartare and the cold octupus. I highly suggest this restaurant to anyone who wants to try the best food in Galle

We had many variations of seafood and it was Delicious and Yum, professional staff, creative and calm environment. It is located at a unique place inside the galle fort. really happy to have a lunch in Elita

Freshest seafood you could find in Galle Fort, good value and portion. We had butter fish in medium spicy yellow curry and grilled prawn. Fish was fresh, sweet but the sauce was a bit under-salted for my taste, maybe because we toned it down to medium spicy level. Prawn dish was exceptionally good, they were succulent & sweet and really fresh; the sauce was so yummy, I scraped it off the plate. Would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Our last meal in sri lanka couldn't have been better. Fish was fresh, curry great, slides so good we ordered another portion. Thanks for literally leaving a very good taste in our mouths on our way out

We loved it so much we came back the next day. My favourite curry I've had the whole trip (red prawn curry) and excellent daiquiris. The place is colourful and lovely. The chef worked in Belgium for 20 years and defo makes fries tasty enough to prove it. Bonus points because it's in a quiet area!

Had great time here at Elita. Got Delicious lunch and they had good selection for vegetarians too. If you are a vegetarian I recommend you to try their Garlic rice. It's super delicious 😋 😍 customer care and customer service should really appreciated. Highly recommend this place. If you are in Galle you should visit this place. Best of Luck guys...!

place had some good background music. We tried the sea food rice and prawns curry. It was delicious. It was mentioned that they accept card payments, but when we tried to pay the bill, they said they had some card payment issues and only accept cash.

It was highly recommended by the locals where we stayed. It was pretty disappointing. I ordered the lime arrack, and it was just an overly sour lime juice. The fish curry and crab curry were ok. There's nothing great to say about it. We also ordered fried calamari, and it came as sautéed calamari with tomato sauce. Overall, we were ready to get out as soon as possible . Service was slow, and the banana shake we ordered came almost after we ate.

Chose this restaurant after reading all the reviews and was sadly left very disappointed. Most of the items on the menu were not available today such as the crabs, clams or Tuna. Which was understandable as yesterday was Christmas day and today is the poya holiday in Sri Lanka. We ordered the seafood platter and asked the waiter to make sure the seafood is not overcooked as we have found the Sri Lankans overcook the seafood if not requested otherwise. The waiter confirmed he will mention that, but when the food came it was apparent either the waiter forgot to pass the message on or the cook did not care as the prawns were chewy and the calamari rubbery. Thankfully the fish was nicely done and the rice that we requested was nice. What was surprising is for a restaurant that is owned by someone who worked in Europe, none of the waiters have been trained to come ask, once the food is served, if everything was OK with the meal. Hopefully the owner takes the time to read these feedbacks so staff are trained accordingly as one platter and 3 drinks in this place certainly was not worth the 18000 rupees (£45) we had to pay today.

This was one of the best seafood restaurants we tried in Sri Lanka. Soooo delicious and very good and kind service. You can see the fish in a display which is also a plus.

Visited here for dinner Fantastic evening Delicious meals. it was the last order for the day, but service and meals quality remains consistency Special for sea food category Reasonable prices and you can match with your budget ex: Sea food rice can be managed for 2 or 3 persons ( normal 😀) There was a mini library ( I thought it was a library) it is a good choice for customers who like to read while taking meals 🤗

The gravy has good flavour but for me a squid has to be cooked without its eyes and beak, a surprise for me when I saw it in my plate.

Probably the best seafood restaurant in the entire Southern Coast. Grilled Fish in lemon butter sauce is the best. It is served with a superb garlic infused kankun and steamed rice. You get what you pay for ❤️🍾🇱🇰

Food is as tasty as always at Elita, but the staff's attention was very poor. We went in and was the only ppl at the place at that moment. Though we are the only customers they had no one really came out to greet us or present a menu. We had to look around for someone. Anyway maybe it is my last visit there

We ordered prawn curry and vegetable curry (came here on a friend's recommendation) and it was just fabulous. The flavors were authentic. The staff was very friendly and kept checking on us for our requirements and feedback. Lovely experience!

This restaurant is recommended in one of the most famous trip guide book in Japan. Absolutely delicious sea food with various choices. Some of them are a bit spicy but not too spicy. Definitely recommended.

This place was one of our holiday highlights! We particularly enjoyed the butter fish with yellow curry sauce and the squid. Great atmosphere and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend!
