Very bad continues experience with restaurant in ground floor. Provided foods portions are very low & without taste. (chicken plates with more borns, fish plates too old, beer prices are too high & added service charges too) Can't recommend.

Food is delicious. You can eat delicious sea food here. We had breakfast and dinner boath there. Breakfast is better. Good food good customers service. Everythig is good.

I asked from a tuk tuk driver to good place to eat and went. There is a crowd and I thought that place is good. Wait half and hour. No one came to serve and I went to cashier and gave the order. Food have no teste.

I have been there a few times, the worst hotel in Galle. If you care about the cleanliness and hygiene, dont go there. And also I heard that their boss screaming very badly to their employees.

The worst meal we had in all of Sri Lanka. 3400 rupees for 70g of chips and a dried out small piece of fish. We had to return because the portion and quality of the food was horrible.

Great place for family parties. They have a beautiful full facilitate wedding hall. Fully equipped rooms and apartments with beautiful infinity pool in roof top. They have very spacious restaurant with delicious foods. Mini bar facilities. Foreigners also cam have their dishes here.

There is a hotel and also restaurant. I haven’t been in the hotel and no idea about facilities & service. I have been Resturant several times. Food was ok. Place was clean. Because of the Covid situation not operating well these days. only few food menus are available at the moment

We had lunch at the restaurant. The food was decent and the location is good, with a view of the water (although when we went it was pouring rain). It's not the cheapest food but there is a lot of variety. The noodles were tasty. Our favorite was the sweet and sour chicken, which was good and generously portioned. The service was good.

We were charged more than the price mentioned on the menu of this restaurant. A Mix Rice Full is 1550 rupees and is not even enough for one person. Given from spoiled food. We complained to its owner about that.

Checked in today with all family members and the booking was made two weeks prior to arrival on our way got a call from the hotel saying we are unable to use the pool as it is under renovation which we got disappointed so much and on arrival we noticed the rooms given to us were not properly cleaned, no soap, no tissues no towels, no bed sheets, untidy beds dust everywhere and when we inquire about it came with many reasons fail to do which cannot except as on arrival took the full payment 50,000/- for seven rooms and extra 1600/- for driver's room this is very unpleasant as we have to attend for a wedding tomorrow we wanted to have a good rest but got disappointed totally, as we didn't just walked in we made an advance booking and wanted to place an advance payment said not required we selected the place with an experience before as this is convenient to the hotel where the reception is but never expected such experience with a city hotel, as a former hospitality management staff I know there can be some reasons for a hotel to face this kind of situations but this this totally negligence and irresponsible of duties so here I would like to request from the responsible person to give more attention on your arrivals as guests we expect much more than this from a city hotel like this and do not make unhappy customer that effects very bad on your reputation.

We were so hungry when we were passing Galle towards to Unawatuna stop the restaurant and order lunch. Food was not tasty and so oily. They have not cleaned the meat properly that was disgusting. We orded some fresh fruits drinks....Oww God those were just water and dont knwo what they have blended. Poor service and very bad place. Price is very high but poor quality of meals. Never recommended for anybody. Awfull cafe and restutant.

we ordered fish and chips. the portion was ridiculously small, the fish was not coated in batter as you would expect from Fish And Chips but was hard, dry and fried to death. they wanted 3000 rupees for one portion. highly do not recommend 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Food was average. Portion sizes are alright. Had rice and curry and it tasted like a home cooked meal. Nothing exceptional. They charge double the price for soft drinks which are marked with a MRP being a very average food joint. Clean and the staff was nice.

"අපිට කරන්න දෙයක් නෑනේ සර්' A room was booked for 5person as we arrived evening 7. We planned to stay till 4pm next day. But we agreed to pay extra according to their roster timing. After we arrived only we knew that the TV is not working and there is no soap. Beside we requested and gave the solution. But they didn't care at all and gave this answer they can't help to fix it. So finally we used the small swimming pool on the rooftop and left the resort 12pm. Really unsatisfied

Nice location towards to Habour. That hotel rooms not having much space. Bathrooms are ok, but they are not providing at least tissues.

Quiet a good place. But price is too high.. not worth at all for what you are paying.. Food taste is average..

We had Iced Milo, and hot Milo, it's just water and sugar, no test at all. And we gad fish rotti, which is not good test. We can't return them. They said one's we oder it, we need to pay and eat, even its just like that. It's not a hotel, even not sri lanka system. I'm not recommended this place and I will never go there aging. Even no one said sorry about them fault.

Poor customer service. Unfriendly staff. We went to work in a wedding recand stayed at the sea line. One of our friends left early giviythe key to security staff saying we will collect it from him. But apone arriving he refused to give us the room key saying that we checked out and didn’t even let us take our bags out from the room. We were kept outside from 1am till 4am. The so called manager refused to talk with us. Only after the police arrived the manager talked with our manager to let us in and take our bags. Do not stay here it is a really bad place and by far the most worst experience in galle. The photos confirm that we had our bags and clothes just the way we left them. The night security was the worst tried to even fight us after our managers went to get the police. No water to have a shower or bath also.
