The Hotel located inside the Matara Fort, has a good view of the beach. The room is small, but sufficient for a comfortable stay. Room is clean comfortable beds, adequately lighted and specially the toilet is clean and shower with good water pressure. They could consider providing complimentary bottles of water in the room and shampoo in toilets. The Hotel is good for business and leisure traveler as well. They have food choice, however they should consider providing meals on a timely manner, especially for business travelers. The rooms have only small window for view and it is limited to outside access road.

Great place, and facilities, the rooms are super comfortable and beds very well upholstered. Food is good. Managers are nice. Note, Chef is a little arrogant. Best not have him engage with the guests. It's not pleasant to have them be that negative. But a gem of a place for sure. Super locality, approach to a lovely beach too!!!

We spent one night here, and I must say that everything was excellent. The hotel is next to Mathara Beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is superbly friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!♥️

Nice place for a budget trip around Matara. They serve food and beverages as well. Prices are reasonable given that they have hot water, small refrigerator, air conditioning, small pool and a nice beach view with access. Parking available inside the property. Bathroom is not the greatest you can find but reasonable for the price range. Same with the pool. It’s basically a kids pool which is very shallow but nice to be inside and have a chat with friends.

Its an amazing hotel really feels like home. I visited this hotel in December 2019 with my husband. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean. The hotel is sea facing and dats the actual beauty. Its not at all crowded and it gives you your own space. I had a very peaceful experience at this hotel. The food at this hotel is good. I would love to visit this place again.

Decent stay for the price. Clean small rooms with titanium floor. BR with hot water though not well maintained, AC,cable TV, wifi. Dining in restaurent on demand. Beach front is not clean and sea is muddy.can rec for a budget stay.

Initially i feel kind of disappointment of choosing this place due to difference reasons but while stay, gradually it change to some positive attitudes. I found this place from booking.com so my advise is when you booking through the booking.com you have to be aware of the doller rate. Because i face some difficulties while check-in due to increase of the doller value.(I have to pay more than i expected due to increase of doller value) Another thing is they have no preparation for the power failure, so keep that in mind. Also they don't have much options for the breakfast. Small tip - Other than your usual things, include tooth paste, water bottles, sleepers, extra sops (if you can) into your luggage.😊😊😊 Although they try their best to offer 5 🌟 facilities in low budget. Sea bath, sun bath, 🏊 pool, are some activities that can experience in here. Parking also available here. This place complete with 2 small restaurants and a nice garden open to the beach. Altogether its very nice place to spend the vacation and have more value to your spending 💰
