recently
visited
Matara
Rest
House,
and
unfortunately,
I
was
extremely
disappointed
with
my
experience.
The
staff
were
not
friendly
at
all,
and
the
service
was
subpar.
It
was
clear
that
they
didn't
care
about
their
customers,
and
this
was
reflected
in
their
attitude
towards
me.
Throughout
my
stay,
I
found
the
staff
to
be
unfriendly
and
unhelpful.
They
didn't
go
out
of
their
way
to
make
me
feel
welcome,
and
it
seemed
as
though
I
was
inconveniencing
them
by
being
there.
Additionally,
the
service
was
very
slow,
and
my
requests
were
often
ignored
or
forgotten
altogether.
Overall,
I
would
not
recommend
Matara
Rest
House
to
anyone
looking
for
a
friendly
and
welcoming
experience.
The
staff's
lack
of
concern
for
their
customers
made
for
a
disappointing
and
frustrating
stay.
