Unbelievable attentive service from Manager Iflal and his team. Bright clean hotel with a great infinity style pool. Large clean air conditioned rooms with big comfortable beds and walk in showers. Breakfast is continental or Sri Lankan as you choose and is excellent quality and served with a smile. Trips and excursions were arranged at no notice and entirely at our convenience. Nothing is too much trouble for VUD guests. I have never received a higher level of service. We were there for 10 nights and regard this holiday as the best we have ever had. This is down to VUD all the team and especially Iflal who is a passionate service driven professional who is committed to giving his guests the ultimate experience. Look no further. Stay here. It was a nice stay . The rooms were big and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. It is at a walking distance to the Galle fort. The location is nice and quite. Good breakfast!

Lovley place had 2 night here outstanding value and was given a free upgrade to the orchid sweet food the pool everything was realy good the staff were so helpful and attentivve. In a quieter area of galle

why i wanna say this hotel is excellent due to high levels of hospitality from entering to the hotel we had worm welcome by manger and i have no complain about nothing.. safety and hygienic is excellent I would say best I ever had with my budget ..I had facility mothen I expected.

This is a amazing place to stay. The staff will help you sort out any / everything. Extreamly clean rooms and a very delicious meals. Hire a took took driver for a day trust me you wont regret it.

We weren't expecting much from this hotel but it was such a pleasant surprise. The room was huge and clean, even the bathroom! The staff was very nice and helpful. They will even lend you bikes to go to the fort, or just a 5-10min walk down the road. Good breakfast! The owner was in town and got to chat with him a bit, nice guy.

This is under new management who took over the running of it 5 months ago. Proper 5 star service is key here. The rooms are plush and well equipped. The manager is only too pleased to help in any way that he can. Breakfasts are wonderful with the best omelette I have had in Sri Lanka. The residence is situated just 5 minutes walk from Galle Fort (a 250 rupees tuktuk ride). Although many tourists might prefer to be in the Fort, to do so would mean smaller rooms and a higher price. Also this residence has a pool...something which is lacking in many residences in the Fort. A good value luxury stay.

Beautiful and clean place, staff is very friendly, the manager, Mr.Iflala is very helpful and great person, he helped us lot , when i come Galle again i definitely stay in this place, everything is walking distance fort, super markets and restaurants.

It's an okay hotel but not worth 50€

There is no single tissue in room. And small packets of nescafe already open by someone. And there is no shower gel,shampoo. A/C sound was like running generator. I paid 36$. Very poor cleanliness.

Fantastic place to stay in Galle, spacious rooms, incredible staff led by Iflal, great air conditioning and a pool. The Villa is located conveniently in walking distance from the old fort. The breakfast made by Iflal was a highlight and some of the best food I’ve had in Sri Lanka (I recommend the traditional breakfast option). For the price, this place is exceptional value for money. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great place, with very good service and staff. The top floor room is a little hot, and there are both a fan and an ac but they are somewhat noisy, still a great place and location with a very nice staff.
