nice place to be. staff is very friendly. I went here to buy few electrical items, even though I ask hundreds of questions, they were very polite and answered all. Really appreciate the service. recommend to anyone because when compared to others, service and prices are very attractive. They give discounts for cash payments so don't forgot to bring cash not cards.

I went there to buy an executive chair for my business. I spent about ten to fifteen minutes there, but no staff approached me. When I came back, one of them said wait a minute. I was there for another 5 minutes. I was disappointed to spend more there. So I came out with the thought of never going back there.

Free delivery service available for any distance. New arrival are displayed at the entrance. Sometimes stock may not last so have to wait until stocks are re delivered. Don't purches items in here. Uncare customer service.I purchased Innovex smart tv and a Panasonic refrigerator from the Galle branch. Both of them were broken just after 2 weeks from starting using them. Damro staff collected them and said they will return them after around 20 days, but now it's been more than 4 months. Customer care always says the same thing when I call and they are even skipping the call. I was really disappointed.

This place used to be one of rare companies of Sri Lanka with amazing customer service and after sales service. It’s a shame that it only used to be. It’s very hard to get trough to them for a call, I complained about a Brocken AC I bought from them, it’s been a week and no response. When I did get trough to them finally, they gave me another number to call and figure out myself talking to the technical team when they will be “free” to come fix the AC I bought from Damro. Next time they might tell me to fix it myself 😅

They have all kind of things. Compare to other previuos kaluwella show room this is huge.. I went couple of time to purchase items. Last time baught a vaccum vleaner and a presure gun. Their warranty is also good. Customer satisfaction is ok. As typical SL people they are lazy sometimes. Some of them are good actually.

Worst customer service rendered by a reputed company. Bought a non stick pan recently and a sticker was attached to the inside of the non stick pan. After removing the sticker the glue cannot be removed by any means so took the pan to centre and they refused to offer a new on or did not even try to remove the sticker glue. Just told us to apply some Coconut oil and try again.

My previous experience with Damro was Perfect..but past few days i was worried about Damro, coz i went to Galle Damro arcade, but it was closed without any notoce(on that day curfew left out).Then i text my requirement to Whatsapp(its for buy a mobile phone)but nobody replied me until todayitself..Even we don't know when it will be opened..Very Bad situation
