The family here at Friendship Villa is SO sweet! As a solo traveler from the states they were quick to respond and help me find my way from Colombo and picked me up from the bus the evening I arrived. Helped me with the best ATM in Galle and took me to the beach and around in their tuk. Always there to offer help and SO friendly. They really are based on friendship and want to show you the best Sri Lankan time possible!

Auf jeden Fall hin da! Wir waren vier wundervolle Tage in der Friendship villa. Mein Freund hatte dort schob einmal für zwei Monate gewohnt, als er beruflich in Sri Lanka war und wir wollten die Familie gern wieder besuchen. Es sind sehr herzliche und bemühte Menschen, die einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich machen wollen. Das Essen wird stets selbst gekocht und schmeckt hervorragend! Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber mit Liebe gemacht und völlig ausreichend. Das Guesthouse liegt in einem Dschungel, vom Balkon aus hat man einen schnönen Ausblick auf Papageien, Glühwürmchen, Affen...Und auch die Strände in Galle sind sehr sehr schön und mit dem Auto in Ca 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Angeboten wird auch ein Tuktuk Service oder man lässt sich mit dem Auto bringen, beides besitzt die Familie. Alles in allem, definitiv ein Besuch wert!
