Very good communication. Had rented a car without driver for 6 days. The deposit was around 240$ which is very good! You will need an international driving license to rent a car there. Car was in good condition and clean. After, you will need to pay for cleaning too but it’s just few dollars :) there is a limit of 150 km per day but for Sri Lanka it’s absolutely ok if you rent for more days. I believe the limit is negotiable too :) they also brought the car to our hotel and then came for it there for free, overall we were satisfied and definitely recommend

Unethical absurd owner. Reserved a car for hire but didn’t had petrol to take the car. We transferred 7000 rupees as an advance payment to reserve but ended up without renting the car due to not having petrol. And the owner refused to give the money back or even half of the money. Even though I informed him in advance his answer was no. Such unethical services cannot be accepted. The guy didnt even offer to put petrol to the car and yet he refused to offer a refund or not even a partial refund. This rent a car place Cannot be recommended at all. Greedy Absurd owner.

We rented a car really spontaneously for 3 days to drive round about 600km. It was a really fair prize and the pick up times and times for bringing the car back were completely flexible. It was really uncomplicated. Although the driver was 19 years old everything was covered by insurance. I would always recommend to rent a car with Luvik.

Terrible client oriented service, very hard to conversate by phone and watsap, manager's (or owner's) english level is weak. Sent me bunch of car pictures, but only one car where available that day. Suzuki Alto was in bad condition, owner changed the tires AFTER we already rent a car and start drivind. NOT recommend this service for foreigners.

It really very good man. I booking the minivan at 3 day’s and 2 night. Luvik get is very low prices. But after booking my wife is sicker at evening, and I cancel the rent. Luvik understand my situation and don’t penalty for me. It is the best place and the best people in Sri Lank . I am seriously and don’t joke. If I come back to Sri lank. I will rent car only from Luvik .
