2 weeks ago I spent 300USD here for little presents. As a tourist visiting Galle, I couldn't ignore the agonising dogs & cats on the street. That day, I decided to save one of them and found a dog care clinic that would come to pick him up the day after , to give him food, wash him and treat him with antibiotics and medicines. I went back to this shop, where I was a welcome client 30 minutes earlier, and asked to leave a closed enveloppe there with some money for the Vet DR. to pick it up the day after. They said NO, they just couldn't care less. This Shop only cares about money and clients. Its people and manager don't give a ....sh.. about agonising pets on their streets and how to facilitate the difficult job of tourists wanting to help and do something during their short visit the Galle. This review is a reminder for all this street poor forgotten animals, cats & dogs and for the indifference of most of local shops. Spas Ceylon surely being the one that could help that day but rather chosed to ignore and not to help. Spa Ceylon just wants to sell, this is my message for you. And finally, I could still succeed my mission, thanks to the Tuk Tuk guys round the corner who helped out. This is the second review that I write here, my first ....disappeared and was deleted, I wonder how....

A good Ayurvedic cosmetics store. Wide range of products. Prices are high. It always smells fresh and delicious here. Sometimes there are discounts. If you look into it, I think everyone will find something interesting for themselves.

Really disappointing, went here as a treat, the staff were unprofessional and laughed when I tried to complain about my masseuse leaving the room after 35 mind when I had paid for an hour. It's not cheap and the masseuse and manager lied to my face and denied leaving the room. Make sure you check your watch.

Not impressed, the massage room was used as a corridor- 4 groups of people (men and women) walking through whilst I tried to “relax”. Not happening. And the staff agreed this is not ok, they already reported to their head office who insist they continue the practise. This is fraudulent to sell something you know is not as advertised. Also stretched and soiled my T-shirt in this ridiculous massage where they keep your short on but reach both their arms into it to massage down the neck, whilst applying lots of lotion. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Good morning spred

Three of us cousins went to this spa for a one hour massage each. My therapy room was so warm, that it took twenty min for it to cool down. At that point I suggested that the bed be moved closer to the a.c. With almost half the treatment over, I found it difficult to enjoy it. I had complained at the start, but the manager did not offer any solution. Both my cousins said their massage was very average, with way too much oil slathered over one of them. Again, the spa manager was not interested in any feedback. After this experience, we had much better massages at other places. We all agreed Spa Ceylon was very average with poor customer service. Instead, check out the ayurvedic spa at Jetwing Lighthouse or the spa at Saman Villas.

Best Spa Experience Ever ! Very Capable and Friendly staff ! Great Line of Products , Highly Recommend it.

I agree with my mom, I was there, we couldn't even visit Galle because we spent so much time wanting to help a poor dog. This shop was really bad and mean ! Don't go there to buy expensive products, they don't deserve tourists.
