Worst customer service. While we are choosing books and suddenly they asked to go out. Because they want to close the shop. They don't know how to communicate with customers. The worst book shop and staff I have ever seen.

It's a good place to get stationary and the service is good until there is a problem. Then they show no regard or solution for the customer. Don't think I will go there again. Learn to treat your customers with some respect.

I am Mayanthi Samarawickrama and I I have captured with selfie too and uploaded with huweai FX LG1 and have shared with a review too, today date is 2022 February 5th.saturday and here now sharing too.within a year the bookshop have a different outlook like if I was one year old and after another year it is different as it is 1980 and then and now ,,but all in one it is a outlook of a artificial adjustment in a hurry,,, anyway in this town main street Green MARKET is years old.and very pleasant but after Manjari Chinese shopping mall in the town these shops lost their business as here a any items without prices tag expensive but good quality as anywhere else and sea breeze too with fresh air.also entrance from this road pharphas exit could be to a another road connect.

I went to buy a manuscript book. Staff in ground floor asking to see up Floor.Up floor staff asking to see ground floor. Poor customer service

Please teach your staff how to talk to your clients.. when I go there on last Wednesday I was standing there for a while and then she asked why ? Very bossy lady was there and I am not recommending for anyone to go there. Few years ago also some incident happened and they are not improving at all. Next time I will go to the Paranagama.

The worst book shop, I ever seen In Galle. Very poor customer service. I bought a paper bundle (Rs 860) from there, but when I request a bag to carry it they were not issued and given silly excuses. Never recommend this place.

Rude staff. And the owner is a rude person who does not know how to speak with customers, dont go to this place
