Super holiday villa with friendly staff ( Sunil and Sunil). Spacious 4 bedrooms and a nice swimming pool. Beautiful garden.

Sunil and his side kick Samah made sure we were well fed because the food which was very good came abundantly. They even gave us some Sinhala lessons during dinner. The garden is like a mini zoo with many types of animals visiting and leaving. The pool helped us cool down during the 33 degree Sri Lankan heat. They also arranged tuktuks (3 wheelers) that took us to all the interesting locations in Galle and beyond. Iain Villa is a getaway place and If you enjoy having a butler in a villa... Iain Lake Winds Villa is very much worth a visit.

Such a wonderful and beautiful place. Great service from both caretakers who provide awesome food and BBQ. Also, they have 5-star quality rooms and everything is very clean. This is one of the best villas to feel nature and get more relaxation.

Good place to relax with friends. Pool is nice. But not kids friendly. You don't get much activities around here. Plus no nearby supermarkets. Make sure to bring everything you need. Staff is really nice and supportive. Their cooking is great. They know how to make proper BBQ.

Lain Lake Winds Villa is one of a top notch getaway destination in Galle. You and your family or friends can forget the rest of the world and can enjoy the beauty and the scenic views of this villa. It has 4 rooms with fully A/C. Two chefs are there to assist you with meals and tea. There is a big swimming pool which makes you forget everything. Finally good spacious dining and leisure hall for you to chill with your mates. Comprehensively I would rate 4.5 out of 5. Point 5 reduction in score is due to the poor road infrastructure in that area. Importantly if you are going by your own vehicle then you will feel the trouble of driving. Apart from that, everything is satisfactory and cool. Enjoy.

I recently stayed at this wonderful villa and had an amazing experience. The overall atmosphere of the villa was very calm, which made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. We spent two days at Iain Lake Winds Villa with our family. We had a great time there. The place is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. It’s private and secluded. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. Service is great as Sunil was an attentive caretaker. His food was yummy and he made sure we are comfortable. It’s a hidden gem in Galle. We are definitely planning on going there again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We had the loveliest time at the villa. The rooms were really nice, clean and had everything we might need. The view was so calm and peaceful. The bathrooms was modern and western and equipped with hot water. The pool was really nice and was surrounded by an amazing garden with a little pond. The whole property was well kept and to very high standards. The owner and help were also very kind and made sure that we had everything we might need. Sunil especially made sure we didn’t lack anything, stayed up late for us to come back and woke up early to make us a delicious breakfast.

The most beautiful villa with the pretty view that I have stayed in, and the person who stayed in the villa took great care of us. The gardens were soo pretty. The best place to spend your vacation or work tour.

My review is made rather late, having spent my time at this location a few months ago with my family from overseas. Memories of the stay which I often reminisce of, requires the review. Peaceful, quiet, hidden away in fantastic comfort, a scenic and luscious garden and an ideal spot for a lover of birds. Staff who cared for us was exceptional & what fantastic meals. One does not expect the outcome in making the approach to the place, but once there, a bit of heaven. Well done to the management & staff of “Iain Lakewinds Villa.”
