There are few streets full of restaurants and bar with nice looking stile and good fish and beer! The area is also full of musicians that play on the street, creating a magical vibe! The area is quite small and gets very crowded! Definitely worth a visit

I will recommend You to take a walk through this wonderful part of the town. The Latin Quarter of Galway City extends from the Spanish Arch to O’Brien’s Bridge to St Nicholas’ Church to Middle Street and features many well fine examples of the city’s medieval heritage.

It is such a beautiful, vibrant place. Woollen stuff and sea food are an absolute delight. Do try McDonaghs for fish/oysters. I loved the Arran sweaters and the Celtic rings. Excellent pubs around this place.

This is a beautiful heritage street in Galway City, full of history and stories from the past, apart from unique architecture and designs, the street offers plenty of eateries and shops.

Was only in Galway for a night and it was nice to travel down to see the Pride flags and hear the live music. There was a great buzz around for a Thursday evening. Felt very safe and comfortable

The place where you will find pubs, restaurants and even breakfast places all at once. It's one of the cultural streets of Ireland. There are travellers hostels as well. A place where all the street artists play the music and all kinds of art. It's a celebratory street and tourists like me love it. If you are in Galway for the first time you must visit here.

Vibrant and wonderful place to pass an evening in Galway. We enjoyed the buskers who line the streets and the delicious smell of food that fills the air as you walk. There is a huge variety of restaurants from all corners of the world on this street and they’re all packed to the brim for dinner service.

Fun place to shop, eat, and hear live music. You can go into different pubs for evening music or wander during the day hearing street performances. The energetic and welcoming vibe was great. I loved seeing my teenage kids smiling and excitedly popping in and out of shops. It was very safe and fun.

This is the area where everyone goes. It's one street with lots of smaller side streets packed with shops, pubs, bars and restaurants. Along the streets are musicians and buskers, some talented and some not. Most of the streets are pedestrian only with no cars. It's an interesting area with a great atmosphere with the Spanish Arch at the bottom and Eyre Square at the top. Just be aware of the professional Romanian beggars that get bussed in that pretend they are homeless. They are all over Ireland.

It is a beautiful street with much to do till very late. You will struggle to find seats at bars here, as if you were in temple bar, but you will definitely have some fun and meet some characters.

Great place to stay in if you are not bothered by the loundness of the surrounding pubs. It's at walking distance of the city center, various bus stops and the train station. Very active part of town. If not to stay in at least to visit.

Galway is a beautiful city, so welcoming and especially pretty at this time of year. There is so much culture and history you could happily walk for hours. Listening to the buskers is lovely too. So much variety.

Best place in Galway. Full of pubs and shops. It is very touristic but at the same time you che feel the Irish atmosphere. I suggest you to go here at any time of the day and for sure you will find something to do, to see, to eat, to drink!

So much to see and do. I love the atmosphere. Since it was so busy and full of people, there was a wait time everywhere we went. I had to bring my patience with me and was rewarded with Street Performers and great food.

Visited Latin quarter while my visit in Galway. The street are full of ancient buildings that are now converted into shops. I believe you will find almost every brand near by this area. Live music is always a pleasure throughout the street. I would say a must visit place during your visit in Galway.

Lots of pubs and nightlife on the area. This is also a food paradise. Lots of souvenir and vintage shops layered on each streets. You will notice a number of high caliber music performance at its simplest form. This is because you will see performers / buskers on the street side pouring their souls into their music. A must visit place in Galway.

Loved The Latin Quarter, make sure you visit. Very lively area with great shops, bars and restaurants. Pay a visit to Aunty Nelly's Sweet Shop, an old fashioned sweet shop with sweets from your childhood. They even have Wonka Bars.
