My
recent
visit
to
Royal
Inn
Hotel
Gambat
left
much
to
be
desired,
particularly
when
it
came
to
our
dining
experience.
Hoping
to
try
some
light
food,
we
opted
for
Biryani,
Soda,
Raita,
and
Salad.
The
evening
started
with
the
receptionist
taking
our
order;
however,
it
quickly
became
apparent
that
the
staff
was
not
operating
seamlessly.
One
of
the
notable
shortcomings
was
the
unavailability
of
rice
at
the
hotel.
This
led
to
a
somewhat
bewildering
situation
where
the
receptionist
urgently
summoned
another
worker
to
procure
rice
from
the
nearest
shop.
While
delays
can
be
understandable,
what
followed
was
rather
disappointing.
When
the
rice
finally
made
its
way
to
our
table,
it
was
disheartening
to
discover
that
it
was
served
half-cooked.
The
lack
of
proper
preparation
resulted
in
a
dish
that
not
only
lacked
the
desired
texture
but
also
failed
to
capture
the
authentic
flavor
one
would
expect
from
a
place
claiming
to
offer
Biryani.
To
add
to
the
culinary
missteps,
our
order
was
incomplete.
Despite
clearly
specifying
our
desire
for
Raita
and
Salad,
these
items
were
conspicuously
absent
from
our
meal.
When
we
brought
this
to
the
attention
of
the
staff,
they
responded
with
a
surprising
lack
of
acknowledgment,
claiming
they
didn't
remember
our
request.
The
overall
impression
left
by
this
dining
experience
was
one
of
disappointment
and
frustration.
While
the
ambiance
of
Royal
Inn
Hotel
Gambat
may
have
its
merits,
the
incomplete
and
poorly
executed
meal
significantly
detracted
from
the
overall
enjoyment
of
our
visit.
It
is
my
hope
that
this
feedback
serves
as
constructive
criticism
to
prompt
improvements
in
the
service
and
attention
to
detail
at
this
establishment.
