We stayed here for 1 night, reading the reviews here, we assumed that this place would be fine for a night, but we were wrong. The room was very tiny. Beds were on wheels, I tried the hair dryer in the bathroom it didn’t work, so I asked them for another hair dryer and plugged it in the bathroom it didn’t work either then we tried it on different outlets, it worked fine. outlets in the bathroom for hair dryers were not working. All the outlets in the room did not have covers on them. Bathroom floors had molds on them. In the bathroom, under the sink cabinets had some thrash rag and it was not clean. It was very $150 for just 1 night. No breakfast. We asked for a iron board and iron, they said they don’t have it for safety reasons, fire hazard. We don’t recommend this place. They is hardly people in the front office.

I would warn anyone against visiting this motel. It's by far the worst we've ever stayed in and it was overpriced at that! I wouldn't even stay there again if it was really cheap, but we payed about $236 for two nights. The door of our first room had a gap between the door and the doorframe (at the lock) so it would've been very easy to open from the outside, even if closed, so we asked for another room. The very nice lady at the front desk (only positive aspect of our stay) gave us another room, which had a pretty big gap at the upper side of the doorframe (no privacy), but so be it. The room was very small, which would've been ok, but it was filthy (under the bed, dirty headbord, towels, sink, shower had a big ball of hair that was NOT mine, pretty much everything but the bedsheets was dirty) and about nothing worked or was already broken (toilet, which always made noises and filled up way to much, several lights / lamps, apparently second door lock, bathroom countertop). The bed was too short for a taller man and the sheets were scratchy and rough. Unfortunately we were really tired when we arrived so we just took the room. I wish we'd just left, asked for a refund and spent our money elsewhere. We cut our stay short because it was so disgusting. Don't trust the pictures! I'd rather spend a bit more money elsewhere or drive a bit longer than to stay at this motel. The owner promised us a full refund and 1 1/2 months and several reminders we still didn't get anything and aren't able to reach him.

I don't understand all these bad reviews. the front desk mentioned this place has been family operated for over 80 years. yes the rooms are small, but I thought they were clean and quite cute. well decorated. it is 5-10 mins from Bryce. I enjoyed my stay! would definitely recommend

I rarely write a bad review, but this needs to be known. Nice staff but they need help. Everything is worn out. No coffee maker in rooms, yet coffee packets and fixings. Extremely noisy heater/AC. Beds are broken. Bad. Mold in bathroom. Management needs to take better care of the place. No doubt.

Given the quite negative reviews before - I need to say that I am positively impressed. We stayed here for two nights to visit the national park. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. We also had NO problems with the water or hair dryer. There are NO dead bugs, no hairs…. The room was as expected. The rooms look also really modern with wall decorations and artificial flowers. There is also a microwave and a fridge available- very convenient. The only thing - the room doors are a bit old and wobbly. The guy at the front desk was also super friendly and supportive!

Pleasantly surprised with the updated decor. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The rooms are small but we were here for just one night. Would totally recommend to someone.

Only stay here if it's your last resort. This might have been okay if our stay would have been 1 to 2 nights, put we stayed 6 and that's too long for this hotel. Room appeared clean, but after a few hours we realized the floor and rug were really dirty (because our feet, socks, and slippers were filthy). Amenities said they provide bottled water, they don't. There is no ice machine. I requested no daily room service, got back the first day and someone had been in the room. I went to the desk for a do not disturb sign, took them a long time to find me one. Yes, this hotel is cheaper than others in the area, but for a long stay paying a bit more would have been better for us.

Not sure why some people are complaining. My room was clean and had what I needed to get by the night. Sure it's not a 5 star hotel but that's not what's advertised..... if you're looking to be close to Bryce and don't have Beverly Hill expectations.. this place is just fine plus there's a restaurant right across from it opened until 10pm. Safe travels!
