Don't come to this place! The owners (the whole family) are very rude, very arrogant, unpolite! Service is really bad! You will leave this place feeling awful the whole day! I asked to clean my bracelet. Instead, they broke my bracelet and charged me!! That was a very meaningful bracelet passed down through generations, but they don't care! They did not even apologize and of course they insisted to be paid instead of apologizing! Avoid this place!!!!

I wish I could give a negative star instead of one. I wrote this review just right after I left the store. The owner I believe has the worst customer service attitude. This is the conversation between me and her. - Hi - Hi, do you have 18k Italian gold bracelet - Yes (she didn't show me where they're at" - Could you show me where they are? - Over there - Are they 18k Italian gold? - Italian and Vietnamese. Italian is smaller - Ok. Could you show me which one is Italian? - Whom do you buy for? - For a kid - How old? - 6 years old - I DON'T HAVE ANY She didn't even try to show me which one is Italian. I have money to buy gold. I'm not begging her for it. What the bad attitude of the seller!

Don't waste your time and money. Asked to see braclet but was was told by worker they couldn't show it because there was no one to show it? Two workers in the store and we were the only customers.

Bought 18K gold and cross necklace for my 1 month old granddaughter, change Movado men watch battery and repair broken necklace. Do not ask the owner husband. He tried to speak/answer English a while I was speaking in Vietnamese. Broken English, rude and obnoxious! I ALWAYS get my jewelry clean for free BUT he want to charge me! From the time this business open until now, I spent almost 100K, not counting my mother and sisters. There are MANY jewelry stores in Garland so if you go here, speak to the wife/owner or her daughters. This husband NEED to learn proper English and when customers speaking in Vietnamese, answer in our native language for God sake! 😡 😡 😡 😡 Will we spend anymore money here? HELL FING NO!
