The first and most outstanding aspect of King Abubakar Hotel is its Friendly staff. Always smiling and willing to assist.

From outside, my opinion of this hotel was; hunmmm....impressive! A place like this in Gashua? Then on getting into the room I was like; wow! It is a beautiful space. Well built and very well designed. On top of that, the room has all the most essential features I like to see at a lodge. There is a kettle to boil water for tea, a socket in the bathroom for hair dryers and shaving clippers, a fridge, water heater and air conditioning. The kitchen tried too with one of the shortest response rate I've experienced lately. The meal was just okay and not too pricy. I loved it all except for the not so smooth service delivery. They have a good product but it won't matter eventually if they don't reorganise their staff. It will be an icing on the cake to get a fantastic staff to offer superb services to their clients.

One of the best in Gashua both for location and comfort. However, the rooms are overpriced and highly restrictive for religious reseans.

Indeed it's a modern hotel and newly refurbished. It's luxury and contained conference rooms. Situated at the best location of the town.

Nice accommodation and good interaction with staff there

A wonderful place to spend a weekend with family, friends as well as official visit with colleagues. But small things is needed to be put in place especially in bathroom e.g slippers, towels and toothpaste.

A new place in an old town of Gashua.....the best place for your accommodation whenever you fin yourself in Gashua Town.

The hotel is very good but their service is zero. Very good management is required for the hotel otherwise it will be destroyed
