I want to thank you for the marvelous place you have made possible. Your service is superb, very courteous and quick. From the sales team to the waiters and waitresses and the clerks at the different stands (pedalinho, charette, piscina etc.) Rooms are super clean also is the pool. The food is top notch 👌 and the activities are great (fusca, bicycles). I will certainly be back. Noureddine and family 👪 ❤️ muito obrigado.

The place is amazing! Loved all the activities and the views. I cannot give 5 stars because I and my husband had a terrible experience with the food. We both are vegan and we made sure to let the reception know about this at check-in but we had to almost beg every day for something we could eat as they did not provide options for us beforehand. We stayed 3 days and our 2 breakfasts were only bread with margarine and fruits while we watch the other guests eating all kinds of food and thinking that we were paying the same thing (a lot).

Beautifully set in the mountains of Santa Caterina, Fazzenda Park hotel offers a chance to connect with nature and truly switch off. We stayed for 3 nights and the food, drinks and room were all excellent. Comfortable, quiet bedrooms with air con. Plenty of food options and you're never far from an all you can breakfast, lunch or dinner (and all the snacks in between). Great spot for kids too with plenty of activities and pools.

All inclusive hotel. Good food and drinks. Good for family. Very nice food. Breakfast has everything you need, too much really hehe. They have barbecue at lunch and dinner too. Horse riding, warm pools, soccer, volley, bikes, tracking, bingo, circus show, night bar. All off this with children attraction, you can live your children whit professionals to take care of them.

I went there, with my friends on a graduation trip, made by "atitude turismo". There is a great place, has soccer field, volleyball courts and sand soccer, and a tennis court. They also have games room, jacuzzis, and pools. And also has some events. The rooms are great but the only problem is the lack of free water.

Lovely place and fun for the whole family. The buffet is huge and delicious food all day! Entertainment every evening.

Great place, to be with little kids. I have found the walls of main building to thin, I could hear the neighbors and my 2 year old is able to open the main door alone.

Really good foods and drinks, large social areas, large pools, soccer Field, tennis square, and more. The service is nice and the rooms are pretty good too.

Little bit crowded, without good information about things to do. It was raining, most part of the activities didn't work. The place is under renovation (without proper sinalization pre reservation), parking lot with lot of mud. It's probably better on sunny days. Our room was in the old building without a covered area to protect from rain. The food is good, pools are good, far from the main building. Severall employees complaining or not in a good mood.

Amazing resort. I'm my opinion, the best one in Brazil. Wonderful lobby, cleaned rooms, fantastic pool. For the children, they offer activities all th3y long. They serve 4 wonderful meals per day, and close to the pool, you may try the best Brazilian "caipirinha" For those who decide to stay for Christmas or New Year's at this resort, I'll tell you: It will be a fantastic time to spend with your family.
