Always spotlessly clean and a pleasant environment. A lot of good team work goes on behind the scenes to keep it at this standard.

In the metrocentre there are 4 connected mall The yellow mall, blue mall, green mall and the red mall. And it is located in the west side of metrocentre . Have lots of free parking, outdoor parking and multi floor parking. Take you to the big store such as Debenhams and Newlook and Apple store. Also there are 3 store . With large toilets area.

A great mall. Only issue is signage could be clearer especially to washrooms

We went to a shop in the Blue mall my son decided that he would like to walk around all of the metro centre as he hadn't been for a while. Finishing at costa coffee in the Yellow mall.

Some nice shops in the Metro centre. Visited here today and was nice and quiet. Had a good browse round and enjoyed it.

Park in red car park for best shops. Park in yellow if you just want to eat

Clean, tidy, everything under one roof. Some shops closed down or being redeveloped however still has everything you could possibly need or want. Free parking, traffic gets heavy leaving between 3pm and 5pm.

Lots of different stores here in Red Mall. Parking was reasonably straightforward though the spaces were a bit tight. The mall has very wide walking aisles and the entrance to stores are wide. Signage outlining the in-house facilities and amenities is good. The Red Mall wasn't overly hot and it was easy to get around. Visited the LEGO store and was impressed with the number of assistants on duty and the sheer amount of LEGO kits available to buy. When you add the other Malls to this one the whole complex is quite overwhelming. To make full sense of the Metro Centre in my opinion you need a plan of campaign as well to what you are looking for so that you don't waste time and effort aimlessly wandering.

This was probably the second or third best mall in the Metrocentre. Definitely in the top five, it has shops and stairs and walkways, the lot.

Where have all the shops gone

Parking is free but it's becoming premium I was wondering around the car park just waiting for a bay to free up, there must be a way to better manage the car park and the available spaces. It's always the case you think there's a chance of a space and there's a small car hidden in. The car park is free but I think it could be better managed to at least show availability

Long time since been back to Metrocentre (Dec. 2019), but , while nice to revisit, shame so many stores/shops have closed. Pleased to see seating available, as for people like my mum is preferable for a quick sit (or even mum's with young babies). Enjoyed visit.

Useful to have the sections so you can go directly where you need to. Some shops have sadly gone but there's still a good range

Easy access and plenty of stores still operating. Parking can be fun especially on a Saturday but just need patience

Decent shopping centre with many of the main stores… perfect for a rainy day …however not quite as good as it used to be, many empty shops and I feel it misses out on the growing fondness of independent stores you find in a city centre

Currently closed, but usually busy. A good range of stores stockin most things you could ever need.

The red mall like all the mall's has suffered from the rise of online shopping and shop closures, there are still some decent outlets, I prefer to go shopping, its better to try on, feel materials, talk to people, fellow shoppers & staff, not the same experience with online shopping...

👍👍 My regular shopping done here. Unfortunately. My favourite small shops have actually all gone. Only B+M left. Forgot Boyes The shop that has everything. And Iceland, and Superdrug, and Home Bargains, and Greggs, and + plenty charity shops. Oh And... a Lloyds Bank. Not many of them left open.
