Fast and friendly staff! Food is decently priced (24$ for two medium custom poutine). Poutine was great and I recommend to go there if you are hungry or even hangry.

I’ve been noticing the last few orders have not been good. They’re burning their fries, and serving them anyways. Less and less portions in the club sandwich. Very disappointing for the price. It seems the new management is cutting corners and it’s ruining what was one of the best spots in Ottawa Gatineau. The service is always very friendly but that’s about it.

I asked for the steak poutine and got chopped up burger which is far from steak. Gravy and cheese curds were ok, the temp could have been hotter and the cheese didn't melt very well. They provide chairs and tables outside on somewhat enclosed area. Prices are very reasonable.

My go-to is the club sandwich and poutine. The best I've ever tasted. Staff are friendly. Good is delicious. Service is fast. Always a crowd and lineup because it's so popular but the line moves quickly. Highly highly recommend this place!

Go here so my partner gets her fill of Quebecois poutine any time we go to the Ottawa region. Seem to only go in the winter and it resembles everything Quebecois which is a good thing. It's homey, friendly and authentic.

New howners. They kept the same menu and staff.great people friendly. Food was excellent for a take out. Very fast to be served. Place was clean. All in all i give them a bit thumbs up.

Best poutines, best chicken burgers and best service in the area. Lovely people and great food, really couldn't ask for more.

Really good for a good poutine or cheeseburger and open even during winter which is special considering a fry shack setup and big enough covered to not be freezing while waiting

just like the other guy said - when you order a steak poutine you get chopped up hamburger meat, which actually makes the poutine taste worse than if you got a plain poutine! I tried adding some salt to make it taste better, but that really don’t do anything, so overall I was very disappointed and I don’t think I would visit this place again. Also, really not enough cheese curds on it. The guy taking our orders was very nice and friendly, but the kitchen and the food they produce was not worth it at all.

Always great when I'm craving authentic poutine and burger. Customer service A++ Lady that took order spent time asking how our week went, smiling all the way through. Impressive, good job! Taste 5/5 Recommend.
