I had been recommended this salon by a friend who also mentioned they had a promo on for eye lash extensions. I had called them hopping to schedule an appointment a week after calling, but they weren't free for another 3 weeks. Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment, I noticed that the only staff working, was wearing pajamas (I should have taken that as a red flag..). She asked me what I was looking for, and I showed her the type of false lashes I wear on a day to day basis. I wanted my lashes to look similar to those. She brought me to a room and proceeded with the procedure. After 45 mins of her working on my lashes she passed me the mirror and I was devastated. The false eye lashes she had adhered to my own weren't properly places. There were some eyelashes pointing downward and sideways, some even stabbing my eyeball. I did not trust her trying to fix anything up so I said it was fine, tipped her and left. I'm not the type of customer to cause any unnecessary drama but I am the type to inform others about my experience. That being said, I would NOT recommend this salon for eyelash extensions. I was not pleased at all with the outcome.

Love it! they offer many services including eyelash extentions and nail services :) The prices are SO affordable and the finished result is always worth way more. I get my eyelashes done here and they are so pretty, tanning salon is super cheap compared to other places in the area and i get much tanner than anywhere else. Plus the girls here are SO sweet 10/10 :)

It was difficult to reach somebody to ask questions and make an appointment. Ended up driving to location directly. They must be undergoing Renovations of some sort as there appears to be many areas of this Spa where it is still unfinished. Eyelash extensions took about an hour and a half and seem to be good quality. During application the technician left on more than one occasion to handle the phone and front desk. I wonder if perhaps she was the only one present. Couldn't beat the price though! So the location is not luxurious, and the service is not overly reliable or friendly, however the end results are very satisfactory. #localguide

Vero is the best! She is SO professional and does an amazing job on my eyelashes!! I have been getting my eyelashes done there for over a year now. It is affordable as well. Well worth the drive from Ottawa!! Thank you Vero!!

I purchased a Groupon for eyelash extensions. It lasted an hour. Very professionally done by Laurence. I liked it so much I went back in 2 weeks to get a refill done. I got many compliments that my lashes looked natural. It's a French based business but they do there best to speak english which I respect them for trying. I will definitely return.

My sisters and i have been going to get eyelash extensions at this salon for a long time now!! We have nothing but awesome things to say about the technicians working there!! Vero tu es la MEILLEURE et nous taimons! Keep rocking sister!! 😘

I got a Groupon before the holidays to get a full set of eyelash extensions, I love them so much I've gone back twice for bi-weekly refills. :) The lashes look nice and natural, the work of the technician is excellent. Do note, the studio does appear to be under renovations at the moment, and it seems like the technician I had is also the one who manages appointments as she left on a few occasions to greet customers and answer the phone- clearly they're busy! Overall, I would absolutely recommend La Villa to friends as they offer a really good product, good service, and the location is well situated with plenty of parking.
