Excellent service! The staff is very friendly and professional. Despite being a busy place, there was barely no wait time, very efficient team in place. The ambiance was also perfect.

I had my favourite cream moka cookie crumble frap with caramel toppings in this Starbucks today! It has a huge space, perfect for studying and reading. Very friendly staff, especially the owner.

Large and spacious place with good chairs and tables! Everything else is exactly what you want for a Starbucks! Good specialty coffees and drinks! The Baristas have always been really friendly and make top notch drinks!

Staff are always kind, bilingue et ils sont toujours prêts et heureux de donner un pupaccino à mon chien. Great location for government workers, seats are extremely comfortable by the window, less so in the middle and there’s a big table at the back for a group (with wheelchair accessibility). They do not accept Starbucks stars or Gold benefits but you can still pay with your Starbucks card.

The barista did more talking to 2 ladies then his job i had to wait while he chatted to them even after they got their drinks! They were the only 2 in front of me the a few ppl came after me and all got their drinks before i got my 2!! It took almost 15 mins. 1 lady already had her drink when i ordered mine as well, so it took almost 15 mins for him to make 1 drink. 2 drinks should not have taken that long. If he wanted to chat with them he could have said give me 1 minute while i finish these drinks! Very annoyed with how rude this location was! Not friendly at all! Also they don’t take the starbucks app which doesn’t make any sense! This is a franchise they should have scanners!

This is by far the best Starbuck's I have been to. It is super clean and the staff are very friendly. I go regularly with my granddaughter and I have never had a problem getting a seat.

Excellent Barristas that pay attention to your order and while I am bilingual I chose to.speak Engish, they treated me with respect and automatically switched to English! That's what I call quality of service!

They close at 2pm on a saturday in the summer! When there’s a ton of new icy cold and non-caffeinated drinks (or even if someone needs a mid afternoon caffeine fix). In addition to higher prices and not working with the app, I can’t give this a positive review.

I'd like to preface this review by saying that my score is not a reflection of the service. Nor am I railing on this place for having limited hours or less options than a regular Starbucks; it is clearly catering to people who work downtown. However, I am really disappointed that you cannot pay with the Starbucks app and they are charging more for items than a regular Starbucks. I find that a little hard to swallow. I would rather support a local coffee shop who is struggling and needs to charge a little more than a giant franchise.
