Absolutely the best place to take pics of the sunsets. There is a public restroom in a building near the beach area. There are a few picnic tables underneath the trees in the shade. Great when it's hot out. There is a bike/walking path that cuts through the park and is easily assessible for everyone including those with physical challenges. There is a playground nearby for kids of all ages to come and have some fun even structures for parents to interact with their kids. The park offers so much space to come bring everyone and enjoy quality family time together.

I’ve lived in Aylmer for a while now and I don’t feel that I visit this area enough. It has plenty to offer throughout the year. Summer time of course is fun when the weather cooperates and you can cross country ski in the winter. Weekends are pretty packed so prepare for that if you plan to visit. The beach isn’t half bad at all. Too bad they didn’t allow food trucks of sorts to set up. It would add some ‘flavour’ to the area ☺️. All in all a nice place to come and chill. 😎

Amazing Paul with direct access to the back of Ottawa river opposite to Kanata from the other side. Highly recommended for families and back parties.

The words cannot describe our feelings each day we discover new places in the most beautiful country on the planet Canada ❤. Parc des Cedres is very beautiful, especially for kids since there is many activities from playing swimming riding bicycle playing football etc... The view for Ottawa river is incredible what a great relaxation.

A beautiful place to relax with a great view. You can enjoy your day outing on the beach or paddling/sailing on the river and many other summer activities. It's right on the path of scenic Voyageurs Pathway, makes it very popular for cyclists from all levels.

What a lovely place to go relax and take it easy with friends or family. You can walk, you can sit down and just enjoy the beautiful view. I enjoy going with friends and just relaxing and chilling together. The only reason I have 4 stars 🌟 is because there is no bathroom, so you will need to go back home to do your business or in a bush, hahahaha.

Great little park to hang out by a small beach/marina and take in the summer vibes.

Such a beautiful little hidden gem in aylmer. Great biking, running, walking path. Super fun parks. One tailored to tiny tots which is really nice so they can have their small play away from interrupting big kid games. The water front is peaceful and nice to just sit and watch, either from one of the many benches around, on the beach, or bring your own lawn chair or blanket and have a picnic. Great day year round.

Great newer player structure, only has 2 infant swings mind you which means your waiting for one to be available if you have an infant like myself. Great path though to walk while you wait.

Just stopped while on a boat ride. It looks like a nice clean place. The restaurant looks pretty decent. I only saw a drink menu.i plan to return and investigate further.

Lovely beach. Lifeguard on site all summer. Nice walking path. Plenty of green space. Nice to walk on the marina side and watch the boats. Sit in the sand and watch the gliders. Very calming location

A lovely park to visit! There's a playground for children, a waterside path for humans and dogs to walk on, a gently sloped rocky entrance to the river (for those of you wishing to launch your small watercraft away from the beach and marina), and lots of shady green space for picnics. No idea what the beach is like, I've never been to that part of the park. :)

Always a great place to bring the family and enjoy the park at anytime of the year. I enjoy the trails and watching sand volleyball, wind & kite surfing as well a great place for your pet's. There are places for kids of all ages go come and enjoy and play structures for the younger ones. Pack a picnic lunch and come and enjoy your time at the park.

My Family and I love going out to the river for a walk in the winter. A chance to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Lots of ice fishing hits and skating surfaces to enjoy. Tobagonanning and a Park for the kids to play.

Lovely park and amenities. Great place for a half day adventure or in the summer heat pick up the BBQ and find a shady spot to setup. I appreciated the double playground for different age children. The parking was copious and the recently renovated restaurant is available for food surface. Washroom and change rooms available. Sandy beach was clean.

I have been running, biking and rollerblading here since late 2020 and it is truly beautiful throughout all of the seasons. I love the picturesque views of the river and forest, the plentiful animal and birdlife and the ability to get away and connect with nature 💓

Amazing park to sit and watch the French culture, I had a picnic in the Sand it was nice although there where alot of smokes and smokers but I guess that is part of the experience of being on a French Canadian beach

Not much to see here. If you want the beach or go boating then ok, but lacks much in the way of visual stimuli.
