    Although it's extremely hard to get a hold of someone calling in, once you get a hold of someone they are excellent. They always do their best to help you out, and seem to genuinely care. Great team, not so great telephony. Was on hold for over an hour trying to make an appointment. 2 months later, I've been calling them at least once a week to try to make an appointment. I give up after being on hold for an hour. Still haven't had my appointment scheduled thanks to their poor telephone service. Updating this review: After all these years of consistent complaints on how difficult it is to get through to anybody, you'd think they care enough to do something about it. Finally have a family doctor, but what good is that if you can't contact them?

    Hope You're not sick and calling these guys. Good luck. You'll die try to get a hold of someone. No one answers the phone. Left 6 messages. Horrible service. And this is their "emergency" service. My advice, download an app called MAPLE. you'll get a doctor who actually cares and a diagnosis!

    Receptionists are very rude if you speak English to them. They don't even try to talk English to you. They just continue to talk in French. They hung up in my face mid sentence asking for an appointment with my family dr. She told me to call back in a week and hung up when I was trying to talk. The most unprofessional girls I've ever delt with.

    I was scheduled for a telephone appointment at 7:45 PM with Dr. JULIE DOYON. I have received a call from them 8:30 PM, I inserted my head phone and about to answer but call got disconnected. Check my VM the Doctor left a message that she will leave the clinic and to call them back tomorrow. Call them right away but clinic is now closed! I believed it was done purposely! You didn't even give me a second call to try. I waited 45 minutes and cancelled my plan just to wait for your call. Disappointing service! unacceptable service!

    I'm not rating the phone system which certainly need improvement. This review is for Dr. Elena Iakoub. I was lucky enough to get her on an emergency appointment and she was terrific. The first doctor/nurse/health care professional in over a year to listen, understand, and try to help me. Instead of just being told to do physio and wait for the spécialiste. She called them while I was there and pushed them to see me. She talked to me about different medication and made sure I had everything I needed and did everything she could to make me more comfortable. I wish she was my family doctor. She's amazing!

    agree that their phone service could be better, I would rather have this issue instead of having to deal with incompetent Drs. Staff here are amazing and care very much for their patients. My wife and I come here on a steady basis and phone issue was never something that bothered me to the point of writing a bad review. As far as I can see, best clinic in the area. Keep up the good work!

    Agreed! Absolute scam. What hey do is they run this BS emergency clinic. When you show up they take your health card number, so it counts as a visit and they get paid$$. But they dont actually do anything or prescribe something for your pain. They'll tell you, if it's an emergency go to the hospital... If it can wait follow up with your doctor. So what's the point of running this clinic?? And in some cases (by coincidence) It'll be your family doctor's turn to work at the emergency clinic. So the same doctor will be like "Nothing we can do about your EMERGENCY, make an appointment for later this week." Seriously?

    Love my doctor, Dr.Galley. Very unhappy with the process of making an appointment. I tried calling and got nowhere. I tried online and there is never any availability. So frustrating.

    I was in the waiting list for almost 2 years to get a family doctor at this clinic and all all of sudden I received a mail that she is reorienting her career and we don’t have a family doctor anymore! Instead of referring us to another family doctor the rude and unfriendly receptionist told us to register again in the waiting list! I am pregnant with high risk situation and I am very unhappy about this situation.

    The doctors and nurses here are amazing. The admin staff are terrible. They are condescending, rude and I would even say harmful to anyone dealing with mental health issues or any kind of neuro-divergence. I don't mind long hold times, I don't mind not having appointments available quickly, I do mind being flat-out mistreated though.

    I had an excellent experience at this clinic. I’m a GAP patient and was able to get an appointment within two days for my baby. The wait at the clinic was short, and the Dr was kind and quickly diagnosed the issue and recommended a treatment.

    I am lucky to have found such a wonderful and attentive doctor. Dre. Julie Doyon has been quite important for me in the last years. I consider myself lucky to have such a family doctor.

    Giving a two because my doctor there is really nice. Problem is, I can never get through. Just now, 1.5 hours on hold and then line hung up. The phone system is absolute terrible. I am going to head to a pay clinic now. I am ALWAYS left frustrated and never ever manage to speak to anyone. I've had enough. As nice as my doc is, this is the most frustrating experience. I do not recommend at all.
