Staff is EXTREMELY unfair! Staff harassed me 2 times about using the hydromassage bed "too much" . You advertise the hydromalassage bed being "unlimited" for Platinum members. Your contact has nothing saying anything additional regarding this. Staff makes up rules about being "fair". What about the advertising in your website? What about my contract? I'm following the rules that you set. I've looked up my rights from OFFICE DE LA PROTECTION DU CONSOMMATATEUR. And I've followed their instructions and sent a complaint to Econofitness and also asked to be emailed by the manager here at the gym regarding this.

This gym is absolutely great. People who are leaving bad reviews clearly are full of negative energy and don’t look at the bigger image. It’s a big gym meaning a lot of people are allowed inside so obviously during rush hours equipments/machines won’t be available for you the SECOND you want them, how is that the gym’s fault ? 😂 & about the racism of “only asking white people for their towel” let me tell you that is absolutely false. They ask EVERYONE to show the towel when they don’t see it on you at your entry. *Towel is obligated in the gym for sanitary reasons* To clarify if your towel is in your hands, around your neck or hanging from your pocket/bag THEY WONT ASK FOR IT because they can see YOU HAVE IT ! but if they don’t see it THEY HAVE TO ASK to make sure you have it !!!!! (next time read the rules before signing in, instead of complaining ❤️)

Gym is nice and big but you REAALLLLLLY have to do something about the smell/heat. Ventilation system seems barely functional in that gym? Moreso, the smell of BO and sweat (which usually doesn’t bother me) is simply too much, i sometimes miss the masks for that reason 🤮🤮🤮 EDIT. One star now. Everything is ALWAYS out of service. Been waiting for that fkn washroom for a month now :)

Uninformed staff and very unprofessional. I have been to many gyms in my life and this one is run by what seem to be adult-sized children. Do not sign up for a membership here, it is best to pay a little bit more and go elsewhere.

Managment was very poor . Young and unexperienced . Almost like a daycare . Would not recommend this gym to anybody you would be better off paying alittle more elsewhere . Very disappointing gym

Just don't join this gym. It is overly crowded, the AC doesn't work for days at a time, there aren't enough machines to fit that many people. I even go late at night around 9pm in hopes of there being fewer people and more machines available but that's never the case. In general it's just not a good experience. I wanted to cancel my membership because of this, and I'm still being charged a cancellation fee despite being éconofitness not holding their part of their deal by providing a good experience. I reached out to customer service and they couldn't care less...

Good machinery but full of kids playing around. Just too many people can't get machines or weights got to go in the morning or on the weekends

The staff is very friendly, the facilities are good for the price paid. The showers have not worked correctly for more than 2 months, since it is a service that is paid EXTRA for having access, I am getting charge for this service which, I do not have access since the showers have not been repaired correctly. It is ANNOYING and EMBARRASSING to see how a franchise like econofitness do not have staff trained to solve problems base on the priorities in order to satisfy the costumer's needs.

Large gym with lots of machine but crowded with lads screwing around most of the time. Some people there think they own the gym . Like i said good gym but the people not so mutch .

Way too busy after 4pm, definitely recommend you come in the morning... Otherwise it's like January 1st in this mf lol😅 Staff going ham with the cleaning, probably the cleanest gym in Gatineau. Feels not disgusting in here👍🏿 *cough* anytime fitness in hull🤢 *cough*

Unable to go do my workout at 3 am like I usually do because my card would not let me in (it usually does). Website won't let me log in as I have in the past saying my user doesn't exist. I was charged full price on my membership a few days ago on my credit card. Updated my review from 1 to 3 because canceling was a breeze with a modest fee. Reason for leaving was because the gym is way too packed unless you go at night. Even then sometimes eh...

Gym is okay, although it does not have enough benches, but service is terrible. They don't pick up the phone. They don't update Google Maps when unexpectedly closed. They don't notify members that the main door into the gym is closed by any means but signs inside the gym - which you cannot see if you cannot figure out how to get inside.

Great gym at a great price. Very clean, has all the equipment you’d need. Can get quite busy in the evenings but that’s to be expected considering it operates 24/7 and services a large area.

The gym has everything you need in a central location and isn't very expensive. What's not to like?

Surprisingly nice gym at a good price. There are several membership levels, you dont need to overpay unless you're there frequently

It's a fitness center that requires a paid subscription to participate. They have plenty of free weight equipment as well as resistance machines to help you get "SWOLE" and their cardio machines are functional and regularly maintained. They have individual showers "ROOMS" for you to clean off after you've finished your workout. After you finish your workout, you can take a seat in their massage chairs or lie back on one of three hydro-massage beds. People feel safe enough here to stuff a gym locker and not place a lock to secure their belongings,

Cheap but at a cost, overcrowded at all times of the day, lack of benches & machines for the amount of people, obnoxious music, save your money or consider shelling out a few more dollars for a better gym with better equipment and environment.

This gym is the only gym that I have ever visited that promotes video of almost naked woman that you can can call for free if you're in the mood for ... next time I go I will take videos for proff

Dirty, too busy and not reinforcing there policies. Shop around you will tank me.
