Staff priority is to talk to each other rather than actually assist customers. When help was asked me got very nice eye rolling, will not shop here anymore

This is a easy location and pretty large. Their fitting rooms are a little limited when it's busy. Easy to pick up online orders as well and return anything that doesn't fit properly. You can access it from outside or from inside the mall. Always have good basic option and leggins.

The worst experience ever! Came to pickup something that I ordered online, all the way from ottawa! And they said they can't give it out because they don't know if the online center has refunded me already or not! :| This store is so disorganized and im never coming here again ill also be warning my friends to steer clear of this place

Forget it if you are a little bigger than average. Their clothes are made extremely small. I'm usually wearing men's XL, and their XL is too small for me. If you are too self conscious about your body, go elsewhere.

Staff is rude. Girls that were working there were barely working and making fun of customers while this other girl would scream at clients to leave the store or hurry to leave 10 mins before closing. They make up prices and promotions at the cash based on how customer looks. Very discriminatory. Some of them (short fat man) only speaks English. Do yourself a favour and go to Urban Planet at Bayshore mall they are way nicer and store is cleaner

Went there to check the sales price, bought a few items for my daughter but the charged price was not the same as the one advertised, so you really need to check your bill before walking out

In this huge store I felt like there were TOO MANY options! Very little staff, expected under the circumstances, waited in line for 20 mins as the cashier really seemed to be taking her time processing the transaction. I have never seen someone work with so little urgency. Prices were good and I bought some cute hair ties at a good price and they haven't broken!

They got good Playboy thing but the rest is, interesting, I mean there's tank top for 6 years old and other reveling clothing for young children

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Just spent $120 and got my order today. One of the dresses was completely falling apart and the strap wasn't even sewed on. I send a pic to customer service as advised on sales slip. You can clearly see the damage in the pic. I get offered 50% for a dress I will never wear. I replied that it was unacceptable. They then proceeded to send me out in a pandemic (I am 9 mths pregnant) to return it instead of simply returning 11.25 on a dress. Where is the quality control? Where is their integrity? The dress is going in the trash. They can keep their money but I swear I will never order from there again. Cheap and trashy with poor customer service. See attached pic.

Has a wide selection of clothes/products and very inexpensive considering the quality. Probably my favourite Urban Planet to shop at

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen I paid cash for some items and i tried to return them they didn’t let me they said only on a gift card , they stool my money , what a stupid policy im not returning there ever again
