No reception. No smile. No help. I waited at the counter where there were 2 employees and they never stopped talking to serve me. One of them was literally in the moonlight, staring into nothingness while folding clothes. Another was looking at her cell. One never left the counter. ...only one at the back who monitored the cabins and who had minimal interactions with customers. Clearly, management must return to the benches of know-how. Already, at the Garage, there was excellent service. I was extremely disappointed!

I went with my mom to see a sweater and the girls who work here kept looking at us and judging us. They were super mean and rude and laughed at us probably because of our age. They should learn to be more respectful of others and not so self-centered!
