Always paid rent on time as it was automatic. Me and my flat mates never party as we were always working. The house was always cleaned as we were taking turns. The only thing: we used to leave our hand bags on the cheers as we didn’t have enough space in the rooms and we didn’t want to leave them on the floor. We got charged 150$ for the cleaner without permission. According to what you said, the cleaner staid only 2 hours. How come that you charged us so much?! The house wasn’t dirty at all. And if it was, you would’ve taken pictures, as we asked you why you thought that the house wasn’t clean. Even other people didn’t get their bond back. You just didn’t replayed to messages. You didn’t replay to my email and messages, and I was just so tired of you. Anyway, I hope now things are better, but difenetly I wouldn’t recommend to anybody!! As you can see I never make bad reviews, but I hope that with this review I can help some people not to get in trouble. Ps Most of us was working in the hospitality and we barely made breakfast in the kitchen. With less love, Melissa

Very happy with the Landlord housing, been staying at my current apartment for over a year. Excellent service, Raf and the rest of the team are really great and care about their tenants. They always make sure to respond to any issues we have very quickly. The apartment is situated in a great location which is a bonus as well.
