I
had
booked
for
a
doctor
to
come
out
to
see
myself
as
I
was
having
asthma
attacks.
The
female
doctor
who
had
called
me
didn’t
state
what
her
name
was.
She
said
she
would
be
out
to
come
see
me
and
asked
me
to
take
a
Covid
test.
I
told
her
I
didn’t
have
one
to
which
she
responded
with
telling
me
to
“go
to
the
pharmacy
to
take
one
or
we
won’t
come
see
you”
in
a
threatening
manner
and
then
hung
up
on
me.
As
I
understand
the
severity
of
Covid
and
how
the
team
want
to
minimise
any
possible
transmission,
I
felt
this
was
quite
unjust
to
have
myself
go
out
and
purchase
a
test
whilst
not
showing
any
symptoms
of
Covid
19
and
struggling
with
an
asthma
attack.
Anyway
I
let
that
slide.
Later
on
in
the
evening
I
received
a
call
from
the
same
woman
asking
if
I
still
needed
a
doctor
to
come
out
and
I
said
yes
I
do,
she
responded
with
“okay
coming
now”
and
once
again
hung
up
on
me.
I
proceeded
to
turn
on
my
front
light
to
assist
her
in
finding
my
house.
I
then
received
another
call
from
her
asking
me
to
come
out
of
my
house
because
she
couldn’t
locate
it.
I
told
her
that
my
house
was
the
one
with
the
light
on.
She
responded
with
“yeah
well
they
all
have
lights
on
so
I
can’t
tell”
in
such
a
rude
manner.
I
went
outside
and
flagged
her
car
down
and
then
to
my
surprise,
a
male
doctor
came
out
of
the
car.
He
introduced
himself
to
me
as
the
doctor
and
asked
if
it
was
okay
for
him
to
park
his
car
there.
I
was
very
confused
at
this
point
because
this
whole
time
I
was
talking
to
a
rude
female
on
the
phone.
Anyway
I
told
him
that
where
his
car
was
parked
was
actually
the
middle
of
the
road
and
showed
him
where
you
were
able
to
park.
So
he
jumped
back
in
his
car
and
proceeded
to
move
his
car
no
worries.
Next
minute
received
another
call
from
this
same
female
but
this
time
she
was
raising
her
voice
at
me
saying
“where
do
I
park?!
There’s
no
car
parks
here!
There
is
no
where
to
park.
Don’t
you
have
your
own
driveway
or
something?!”
Then
I
hear
her
arguing
with
the
male
doctor
that
had
gotten
out
of
the
car
before
and
then
she
hung
up
on
me
once
again.
Mind
you,
there
were
car
parks
available.
At
this
point,
my
husband
and
I
were
absolutely
disgusted
by
this
woman’s
behaviour
and
tone
towards
me.
So
the
male
doctor
who
then
came
into
my
house
started
the
appointment
and
I
asked
him
who
was
this
female
I
was
speaking
too?
He
informed
me
that
she
was
his
wife
and
I
asked
why
was
I
speaking
to
a
random
woman
and
not
the
doctor
himself?
He
told
me
she
was
a
doctor
too.
I
expressed
to
him
how
horrible
and
unprofessional
her
phone
manner
was
towards
me
and
he
responds
to
me
with
“imagine
living
with
her”.
I
felt
this
needed
to
be
reported
back
to
you
asap.
My
family
have
used
this
service
numerous
times
and
I
am
absolutely
disgusted
with
the
treatment
I
have
received
today.
If
I
wasn’t
in
such
pain
due
to
my
asthma
attack
I
would
have
addressed
this
firmly
with
the
woman
myself.
This
woman
should
not
be
allowed
to
deal
with
your
sick
patients.
Being
yelled
at,
questioned,
threatened
and
hung
up
on
is
not
the
treatment
any
sick
person
deserves
in
a
time
of
vulnerability.
