Dr. Tom Leung is by far the best GP I have ever met. Really warm, caring, knowledgeable, thorough and down to Earth. I will not stop singing praise about fantastic he is. The clinic and entire medical field is blessed to have such a wonderful Doctor among them

Went for another Covid vaccine shot. All good, no waiting. Staff very friendly. Plenty of parking nearby. Booked over the phone this time, sometimes book with HotDoc app.

This practice is efficient and absolutely spotless, so glad I found them.. Telehealth apps on time and very little waiting for face to face app. Oh and the Doctors know their stuff and happy to spend a little time with patients. My new GP clinic for sure.

Recently switched to Northcote Medical and have had a great experience. Dr Leung was very attentive and great at answering all my questions both at the visit and during the follow-up call. The nurse taking my blood was great too and the atmosphere there was very friendly.

This is the best medical centre I've ever attended (I've moved around somewhat, so I've attended a few)! They bend over backwards to attend to you and the reception staff really try to make urgent appointments work one way or another. I've been treated by five of the doctors there, and they are all fantastic! This is patient-centred care that respects the wishes and perspective of the patient. The doctors will look beyond the typical diagnosis and do extra research when an unusual group of symptoms are present. They are respective about complimentary therapeutic approaches and preventative measures, working hand-in-hand with allied health professionals. They are truly focused on life quality and wellbeing, and treat you as an individual rather than a number. I feel so fortunate to have such forward thinking and friendly people looking after my health.

Thoughtful and efficient doctors that explain things thoroughly. They follow up with test results over the phone asap without charging for a second appointment. Highly recommend.

I have been coming to Northcote medical for about 18 months now, and couldn’t speak highly enough. Dr Tom Leung manages my care and is patient, thorough, kind and approachable. For women’s specific issues I have also seen Dr Roisin Matthews who is equally lovely, thorough and approachable. The on site pathology is extremely helpful and the staff are always great, plus there is a nursing station available for vaccines etc. The reception staff are consistently kind and helpful. Highly recommend this clinic.

A little time spent researching well regarded doctors in the area is truly a worthwhile endeavour. Despite me running considerably late for my first appointment being unfamiliar with Melbourne traffic, Dr Thomas Leung still took the time to thoroughly discuss my needs, didn’t rush our time at all and has instilled some much needed confidence in me as to what a good doctor looks like.

Our family has been seeing Dr Hemley’s clinic for more than 10years. He/clinic is certainly an icon of Northcote! He is a wonderful doctor who knows so much and shows his care and patience each time we visit him! Apart from Dr Hemley, his clinic is also full of other caring, knowledgeable and professional doctors. Dr Meredith, Dr Thomas and Dr Patrick are also our go to doctors. There is a great culture in this clinic, since doctors and admin staff are very friendly and patient, as well as show their genuine care to our concerns. The best clinic for sure!

I’ve been attending Northcote medical for 4 years now and absolutely love it!! Could not recommend Dr Austin enough. He always listens to all my concerns and ensures a sense of care with every visit. Nurse Kristine is also amazing!! she ensured I was comfortable and stayed with me the whole time for my iron infusion. She walked me through every step and made me laugh every moment. The team at Northcote Medical have been fantastic in the couple years we've been going to them. I've seen a few different doctors and a fair few of the friendly pokey people (pathology and vaccinations), and know that no matter who I'm going there to see - they've been extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Great clinic. Always had great treatment here and found a doctor who specialises in women's health. Very inclusive and I felt they had lots of knowledge. The nurses are great and pathology is on site too

Every time i make an appointment to see Dr Thomas he was warm, welcoming, understanding and really does take his time to ensure he listens to you and provides the BEST treatment advice. Another thing Dr Thomas does so perfectly is works with you to ensure you are both on the same page when it comes to treatment options which is very rare now days. I'm extremely thankful to Dr Thomas and also blessed knowing he close by. Furthermore, the reception staff are amazing. So professional, compassionate and truly do go above and beyond. I love this place. Iv been going to northcote medical for over 20 years now and in those 20 so years. Happy to say that they have help me emotionally and physically in so many ways. I am very grateful to all the doctors there. Yes i do have my favourites that i like to see but when there to busy and fit my schedule the other doctors there deliver 110% and i cant find any fault so say about this place..

Best doctor's clinic in the North. Extremely tidy and organised with extremely friendly reception staff who are more than happy to answer any of your queries. Fabulous doctors who genuinely listen and care about their patients leaving no stone unturned (unlike many doctors I have encountered) as well as being extremely on time with all appointments. On top of this, their pathology clinic is literally 2 steps away in the next room, making it convenient for those who like to get things done on the same day.

Pleasant waiting room with gentle calm music and a subtle pleasant scent to keep patients calm. The reception staff and Dr. Angel were lovely and my covid-vaccine barely hurt going in, which hasn't been my experience with most of the other doses! Highly recommend
