The
emergency
room
there
stands
or
falls
with
the
doctors
who
are
currently
on
duty.
The
nurses
are
really
nice
and
you
can't
do
too
much
with
the
waiting
times.
I
can
still
only
give
one
star,
because
unfortunately
the
Mrs.
Dr.
Eckert
has
now
managed
to
diagnose
my
daughter
completely
wrong
for
the
second
time.
In
November
this
doctor
sent
us
home
with
antibiotics
because
the
child
had
pneumonia.
RS
Virus
was
well
known
at
the
time.
She
didn't
have
it
tested
and
sent
us
home
like
this
in
the
morning.
In
the
afternoon
the
fever
was
even
higher
and
my
instinct
sent
me
back
to
the
KH.
RS
test
etc
absolute
disaster.
The
only
thing
my
child
had
from
it
was
a
misdiagnosis
and
nosebleeds.
Thank
God
there
was
no
room
available
for
us
and
we
had
to
go
to
Datteln.
Lo
and
behold
-
RS
virus,
oxygen
monitoring
and
stay
in
KH
for
3
days.
Yesterday
a
similar
game:
child
is
just
over
2
years
:
fever,
runny
nose,
vomiting
and
diarrhea.
Fever
measured
at
a
distance
of
2
cm,
listened
to
briefly,
looked
at
the
ears
and
almost
forcefully
into
the
mouth
(because
you
can't
really
respond
to
the
little
patients).
Stomach
not
examined
at
all
and
not
diaper
area
either.
Apparently
the
ear
was
totally
inflamed.
Child
would
definitely
need
antibiotics
(man
again).
When
I
then
said
that
14
days
ago
we
only
had
antibiotics
because
of
a
middle
ear
infection
and
whether
there
really
was
water
behind
the
drum
drop
again,
she
just
got
snotty.
My
child
should
also
avoid
milk,
fat
and
sugar
(including
apples
and
bananas)
for
a
week.
Even
on
her
pre,
which
she
still
drinks.
Electrolytes
would
definitely
have
to
be.
When
I
asked
if
it
really
had
to
be
and
I
expressed
strong
concerns
about
the
antibiotics
after
such
a
short
time,
she
just
got
snotty
and
said
if
I
didn't
want
to
give
her
it
then
I
shouldn't
be
surprised
if
it
got
worse.
Then
she
went.
Of
course
I
wasn't
satisfied
with
that
and
went
to
Datteln
again....
What
can
I
say:
my
child
was
quickly
examined
by
a
friendly,
empathetic
doctor,
the
ear
was
not
acutely
inflamed
but
only
slightly
reddened,
the
abdomen
and
pampas
area
were
properly
examined
and
the
child
was
able
to
go
home
with
normal
medication.
So
thanks
again
for
a
total
mistreatment
Mrs.
Dr
S.
Eckert
and
the
repeated
misdiagnosis.
Thanks
to
them,
Datteln
now
has
a
new
emergency
patient.

Die
Notfallambulanz
dort
steht
und
fällt
mit
den
Ärzten
die
gerade
Dienst
schieben.
Die
Schwestern
sind
ja
ganz
nett
und
an
den
Wartezeiten
kann
man
halt
nicht
all
zu
viel
machen.
Ich
kann
dennoch
nur
einen
Stern
geben,
denn
leider
hat
die
dort
eingesetzt
Fr.
Dr.
Eckert
es
nun
das
2.
Mal
geschafft
meine
Tochter
komplett
falsch
zu
diagnostizieren.
Im
November
schickte
uns
diese
Ärztin
mit
Antibiotika
nach
Hause
weil
das
Kind
eine
Lungenentzündung
hätte.
RS
Virus
war
zu
der
Zeit
überall
bekannt.
Sie
hat
es
nicht
testen
lassen
und
uns
morgens
so
nach
Hause
geschickt.
Nachmittags
war
das
Fieber
dann
noch
höher
und
mein
Instinkt
hat
mich
wieder
ins
KH
geschickt.
RS
Test
etc
absolute
Katastrophe.
Das
einzige
das
mein
Kind
davon
hatte
war
eine
Fehldiagnose
und
Nasenbluten.
Es
war
Gott
sei
Dank
kein
Zimmer
für
uns
frei
uns
wir
mussten
nach
Datteln.
Siehe
da
-
RS
Virus,
Sauerstoffüberwachung
und
3
Tage
im
KH
bleiben.
Gestern
ein
ähnliches
Spiel:
Kind
ist
etwas
mehr
als
2
Jahre
:
Fieber,
Schnupfen,
brechen
und
Durchfall.
Fieber
mit
2
cm
Abstand
gemessen,
kurz
abgehört,
Ohren
geschaut
und
schon
fast
mit
Gewalt
in
den
Mund
(da
man
ja
Mal
so
null
auf
die
kleinen
Patienten
eingehen
kann).
Bauch
überhaupt
nicht
untersucht
und
Windelbereich
auch
nicht.
Angeblich
war
das
Ohr
total
akut
entzündet.
Kind
bräuchte
unbedingt
Antibiotika
(man
wieder).
Als
ich
dann
sagte
dass
wir
vor
14
Tagen
erst
Antibiotika
wegen
einer
Mittelohrentzündung
hatten
und
ob
wirklich
wieder
Wasser
hinter
Trommelfall
wäre
wurde
sie
nur
patzig.
Weiter
sollte
mein
Kind
für
eine
Woche
auf
Milch,
Fett
und
Zucker
(auch
Äpfel
und
Bananen)
verzichten.
Sogar
auf
ihre
Pre,
die
sie
noch
trinkt.
Elektrolyte
müssten
unbedingt
sein.
Als
ich
nachfragte,
ob
das
wirklich
sein
müsste
und
ich
starke
Bedenken
bezüglich
des
Antibiotikas
nach
so
kurzer
Zeit
äußerte
wurde
sie
nur
patzig
und
meinte,
wenn
ich
ihr
es
nicht
geben
will
dann
brauche
ich
mich
auch
nicht
wundern
wenn
es
noch
schlimmer
wird.
Darauf
ging
sie.
Natürlich
war
ich
damit
nicht
zufrieden
und
fuhr
noch
Mal
nach
Datteln....
Was
soll
ich
sagen:
mein
Kind
wurde
von
einer
freundlichen,
empathischen
Ärztin
zügig
untersucht,
das
Ohr
war
nicht
akut
entzündet
sondern
lediglich
leicht
gerötet,
Bauch
und
Pampesbereich
wurden
richtig
untersucht
und
das
Kind
konnte
mit
normalen
Medikamenten
nach
Hause.
Danke
also
Mal
wieder
für
eine
totale
Fehlbehandlung
Fr.
Dr
S.
Eckert
und
der
erneuten
Fehldiagnose.
Dank
ihnen
hat
Datteln
nun
eine
neue
Patienten
in
Notfällen.
