Today, we experienced very rude behavior from one of your waiters. We waited for 25 minutes, from 17:00 to 17:25, and he did not approach us to take our food order. We had already closed the menu to signal that we were ready to order. When we finally requested his assistance, he promised to come but never did. Instead, he took orders from two other customers who arrived later. This left us feeling like we had encountered a unprofessional experience. The resturant was not busy so please don't say you are working on reducing service time like what you said to older google review comments. Desperate for service, we approached a younger waiter from another section closer to the kitchen, and he kindly brought our dinner. Later, when we wanted to order dessert, we asked the same rude waiter, as he was closer to us, to take our order, but he responded, "No, ask the other guy, as you did before!" We even inquired with the more courteous waiter about his colleague's behavior, but he remained silent and appeared ashamed. I am unsure how long this rude waiter has been with your restaurant, but I strongly believe that you should address such negative behavior for the sake of your establishment's reputation. Despite the disappointing service from this individual, I must mention that the food was excellent, and the other waiters were very pleasant. Thank you for taking the time to read this message, and I apologize for the one-star rating, which I give to your resturant only because of your only single very rude waiter. The incident occurred on September 3, 2023, at 19:15, and the transaction amount was 69.00 euros. Regarding the description of the rude waiter: He is approximately 185 cm tall and overweight. He was responsible for the back section, the area farthest from the kitchen and closer to the bar.

Frozen pasta for 9,90€ (slow and bad service included). The restaurant is a clear example of the inner feelings and motto in Austria: trying to be like Germany (or at least show off as it). Sadly the quality is most likely to be like China than Germany. After 15min waiting for somebody to come take my order, the waitress simply told me toasts where only for the breakfast menu (since that's what I wanted as appetizer for lunch), walked away and disappeared (I'm still shocked). After another 10min waiting, and since I couldn't order the appetizer I wanted, I stuck to my main course of pasta bolognesa, which surprisingly was frozen pasta. They did not heated up properly so the pasta was still cold in some zones of my plates, not counting the obvious chewing texture of it. If you're planning on having meal at the airport, even McDonald's or Burger King will provide you much better quality food (sad to say but true).

Yesterday before our flight we decided to go here for lunch. I've got the Signature Beef Burger with Curlyfries, and my family got a Margharita Pizza and Orange Juice. And I don't know if these are the normal prices for a burger in Austria, but for me It was VERY overpriced. I live in Czechia, and usually, the burgers are 2× cheaper. So yeah, for me It was overpriced. But if we are talking about the food, then I think it's kinda worth it. The Burger was really big and heavy. But I managed to eat it and It was pretty good. But to be honest, I've had better burgers than this one, and I still think it's overpriced . I really liked the sauce in this burger. Also, the Curlyfries were amazing. It was my first time trying it, and I loved it. It was super crispy, which I liked the most and really good. But the pizza was not good. It wasn't even salty, and It didn't have a taste. So that was a dissapoitment. Besides that, I want to compliment the Interier. It's really modern and pretty. But personally, I would say I recommend this restaurant. Just don't order Margharita....

I ate 3 times there and it was always very good!! Service is friendly, fast, and professional . View to the leaving airplanes. Strong recommendation!

Am always having a stop here for the delicious Tomato soup! Something light to continue the day. Food is delicious. Staff are kind and friendly. I like how they are opening conversations. Atmosphere is nice with planes view, and it’s even more comfortable to have the break on low chair/table .

Awful waited 30 mins for someone to come and take our order. My husband thought maybe it was a self serve and went to the bar to ask. Was told no someone will come to your table. So sat and waited another 10 mins. The family on the table next to us came and was served within 5 mins...But they were German....

You can buy an airport lounge pass for 39euros. Provides food drinks shower and comfy chairs. Wasn't crowded and very comfortable.

Schweinsscgnitzel looks nice but absolutely no taste like eating a cardboard, overpriced like everything at this airport.

The scrambled eggs are absolutely amazing highly recommend. It's a bit expensive but due to the location it's understandable. The server was friendly.

Its a airport restaurant, so prices are high but the food is excellent. Service is.... well, service is done by people so it depends on what day are they having also how many people is there etc. Our experience was the same for 3rd time. Service looks like they are annoyed, but what do we know... we all know how mentality works. Food was great, beer also, nice clean tables with beautiful view. Overall 3 stars.

Lovely place for a pre-flight meal and drink! We enjoyed a very generously sized vegan sabich which was delicious! Plenty of drink options, including local beers on draught! Very welcoming and friendly staff too.

I had the seafood ramen. It was okay. Even gave me chopsticks! Service was a bit slow but it was quite busy. We had some good beers and they have several draft beers on tap.

Rude waiters, they don't care at all if you order or not. I went to one of them and he just ignored me and sent me away. They clearly don't want to do business.

Individuals who worked around the airport were all helpful and knowledgeable! Airport Lounges were great and using the express train to get to and from the airport and city center was easy and extremely cost efficient!

Prices are crazy (beer 6 eur, bottle of normal water 6 eur - give beer to your kid :)). Food ok, but service very poor. Place was packed though as there was not many options in this part of airport.

Today, between 11:00 and 12:00, I was in your place and the man who was sitting at the bar, an employee, behaved miserably. I mention that he was not working, he was just in a conversation with another employee, during the program. I asked him, in a polite tone, like this: "sorry, can I find a bathroom here?". He totally ignored me, pretended I didn't exist. My second question was "do you work here?". At that moment, the employee was very upset that I dared to speak the second time and he told me, actually yelled at me, not to disturb him anymore, that he was in a conversation and told me to leave, in the same way as you do to a dog with your hand. I knew that you Austrians have a reputation for being rude when it comes to tourists, but not like this, to treat us like animals. Don't forget that your restaurant is still running with tourists' money.

Disappointing slow 45min service for a very simple order (sandwich and cola). Speed needs to be better in an airport context.

Restaurant before security control at Viena airport, MUCH MUCH better than the ones after security with varied selection and good sausages and beer. Fresh orange juice as well and quick service. Recommended!

You should not depart from Vienna airport untill you try local brecel, beer and cheese here, coffee is also nice. Personal was so kind, helfpul, smiling and ready to help. In general staff is very nice in Vienna public places, cafes, barc and ect.

A good meal in a very fare price.
